Baby Lance

Chapter 7

*time skip Lance is now 9 years old bc I too lazy to write, this also means it has been 5 days since the team has decided to have Allura pilot Blue*

3rd POV

"AHHHHH INTO BATTLE WE GO!" A voice cries.

"Yes! ONWARD KNIGHT LANCELOT!" Pidge yells.

"YAH YAH!" A boy of 9 of Cuban decent cheers, kicking his legs against Hunk who he is perched apon. "Onward noble steed we need to defeat the evil Shiro and save Prince Keef!"

Pidge cheered and Hunk attempted a horse noise but it came out a bit strangled. Lance giggled. "Llura! We need your help!"

Suddenly Allura jumps down the few steps that lead down from the platform in the control room. "Never fear Princess Allura is here!" She pulls a stands putting her hands on her hips.

"Whoooo!" Lance cheers. "Hand Prince Keef over now Evil Shiro or face the wrath of THE KNIGHTS OF VOLTRON!"

"NEVER!" Shiro shouts grabbing Keith who has one of Allura's spare tiaras on.

"Oh no! Knight Lance! You must save me from the Evil Shiro!" He wails.

"Fear not Prince Keef we shall save you!" Lance jumps off Hunk and charges at Shiro, rugby tackling him. They both fall to the floor. Shiro emits a small 'oof' and Lance giggles.

"Yes we have defeated the Evil Shiro!" Lance cheers.

Shiro plays dead and Lance gets off him running to Keith.

"Oh Knight Lancelot how can I ever repay you?" Keith gushes.

"Well you could-" Lance starts but is cut off by the alarms blaring.

"Paladins go suit up we're under attack from the Galra!" Allura exclaims.

Keith picks up Lance and carries him to his room. "Stay here ok?" Keith says softly. "Don't make a sound!"

Lance nods his head and jumps on his bed. Keith leaves the room and turns off the lights. Then runs to Red's hangar. He sighs as he clambers into Red and flies out into space with the other lions including Blue who is being piloted by Allura.

The fight is over surprisingly quick and the Galra retreat. Keith lands his lion in the hangar and jumps out rushing to Lance's room.

Empty.

"Huh?" Keith thinks "Coran probably has him." Keith assures himself but he can't escape the sick feeling inside of him.

He walks to the lounge and finds no one but Pidge typing away on her laptop. She looks up.

"Hey Keith! What's wrong?" She asks.

"Oh I'm just trying to find Lance."

"What do you mean?" Pidge asks discarding the laptop.

"Well when we went to fight I left him in his room but he's not there.... I think he might be with Coran but I can't find him... well I've only checked here but......" Keith trails off.

Pidge can hear the worry in Keith's voice "I'll help you look!" Keith smiles at her and they walk to the control room. What they find is something they wish they didn't....

A/N Hehe what will they find? Anywho..... I hope everyone is enjoy this story. Keithy boy is getting worried about Lancey Lance isn't he? So much for being rivals! Anyway I hope to update soon I'm going to write more now but I wanted to end this chapter on a cliffhanger. Baiiiii
