Third Persons POV:

"AVADA KEDAVRA!" Bellatrix yelled out.

"STUPEFY!" yelled out Harry at the same time.

The green jet of Bellatrix's curse hit Fawn straight in the chest. Everyone watched with horror as Fawn fell backwards and moved no more.

"FAWN!" screamed Bill as he ran forwards to Fawn's still body.

Mad-Eye Moody had crawled across the room to where Tonks lay and was attempting to revive her. Kingsley ran forward to continue fighting Bellatrix. Bellatrix hit Kingsley with a spell and he fell, yelling out in pain. Bellatrix Lestrange turned tail and ran as Dumbledore whipped around. He aimed a spell at her but she deflected it.

Harry felt the anger boiling in him and he pulled away from Neville, scrambling up the stone benches. People were shouting behind him but he did not care. The hem of Bellatrix's robes whipped out of sight ahead and they were back in the room where the brains were swimming.

Dumbledore followed Harry and everyone else went to Fawn and Bill. 

Bill was clutching Fawn's limp body, crying out. "No Fawn, don't go please." he wailed.

Sirius knelt down beside Bill. "This is all my fault." he said his voice cracking as he looked at his cousin.

"It's not your fault." said Remus, clutching Sirius' shoulder, trying to keep himself from crying, for the sake of Bill and Sirius.

Lucas, Finley and Damon pushed through the crowd of people.

"Fawn?" said Lucas.

"No." whispered Finley.

"NO!" cried Damon.

"She's gone. AND IT'S ALL MY FAULT!" Bill screamed. He stroked Fawn's hair as his tears fell on her peaceful looking face. "I wasted all those years not talking to her, for nothing, and now.... she's gone."

Neville had come forward and took Fawn's wrist in his hand. "Bill!"

Bill ignored Neville and continued crying.

"Bill!" said Neville louder.

"Shut up!" said Bill.

"BILL SHE'S NOT DEAD!"

Bill looked up. "What?"

Neville held out Fawn's wrist. "She still has a bulse." he said thickly, through his broken nose.

Bill took Fawn's wrist and gasped when he felt the weak thumping of Fawn's pulse. "But how?"

"Harry's stunning spell must have hit Fawn first!" said Damon suddenly, his cheeks stained with tears. "She's stunned, not dead."

Dumbledore swept into the room, along with many Ministry members. Dumbledore walked straight to where Bill was holding Fawn, looking grim. "Is she-"

"Fawn's not dead." said Sirius.

Dumbledore smiled slightly. "Harry will be thrilled to hear that. He's quite distressed at the moment. I've sent him back to Hogwarts. I sent the other students there as well. Bill if you could be so kind to take Fawn to the Hospital Wing at Hogwarts-"

"THAT'S SIRIUS BLACK!" Fudge yelled.

"He is innocent Cornelius." said Dumbledore.

Fudge's face turned red and he sputtered.

"All will be explained once I send Fawn to Hogwarts." said Dumbledore.

He took a watch out of his pocket and tapped it with his wand. "Portus." he said.

Bill, still holding Fawn, grabbed the watch and they transported to Hogwarts, straight in the Hospital Wing.

Ginny, Neville, Hermione, Ron and Luna were in beds, getting mended by Pomfrey. Bill laid Fawn down on a bed and waited.
