Dolores Jane Umbridge (High Inquisitor) has replaced Albus Dumbledore as Head of Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. The above is in accordance with Educational Decree Number Twenty-eight.

Signed:
Cornelius Oswald Fudge
Minister of Magic

These notices were up all over the school by the next day, and everyone seemed to know more or less what had happened in Dumbledore's office, including the fact that Minnie and I were there, which meant hundreds of students asking me questions, but I'd always reply with a curt "This is a professor business, now get to class!"

During lunch time, as I was sitting in the Great Hall eating, there was a loud BOOM!

Minnie, Filius, Pomona and I looked at each other. We rushed past the students into the hallway and saw Dragons comprised entirely of green-and-gold sparks, soaring around the halls.

"What on earth-?" said Filius.

"Who did this?" asked Minnie, looking happy.

"I can guess who." I said laughing as my mind sprang to Fred and George.

Fireworks were exploding everywhere. Filch and Umbridge were standing, transfixed, staring at the fireworks.

"Hurry, Filch, hurry!" shrieked Umbridge. "They'll be all over the school unless we do something — Stupefy!"

A jet of red light shot out of the end of her wand and hit one of the rockets. Instead of freezing in midair, it exploded with such force that it blasted a hole in a painting of a soppy-looking witch in the middle of a meadow . She ran for it just in time, reappearing seconds later squashed into the painting next door, where a couple of wizards playing cards stood up hastily to make room for her.

"Don't Stun them, Filch!" shouted Umbridge angrily.

"Right you are, Headmistress!" wheezed Filch, who was a Squib and could no more have Stunned the fireworks than swallowed them.

I was laughing when I saw Harry, also laughing, going through a door. I followed Harry and went in to see Harry, Fred, and George hiding there.

"Amazing fireworks boys." I said, grinning to Fred and George.

"Impressive," Harry said quietly, grinning. "Very impressive.... You'll put Dr. Filibuster out of business, no problem..."

I chuckled.

"Cheers," whispered George, wiping tears of laughter from his face. "Oh, I hope she tries Vanishing them next.....They multiply by ten every time you try."

The fireworks were going out throughout the entire day. As I was teaching the fifth year history of magic, a large, sparkly purple dragon shot through a window, sending shards of glass everywhere as the dragon started flying above the students.

I waved my wand to repair the window and turned to Neville.

"Mr. Longbottom could you please go fetch Professor Umbridge and tell her we have a firework here and I need her to get rid of it for me."

Neville left and I was happy to see Draco trying not to laugh, though his friends looked bored and annoyed.

When Umbridge came and managed to put the fireworks away, I smiled at her.

"Thank you Professor! You know, I know how to get rid of them, but I didn't know if I'd be sacked for doing it without your permission." I said happily.

Umbridge looked mad when I shut the door and all the students laughed and cheered.

The fireworks went of into the night, and I slept happily, listening to the loud bangs going off outside.
