Adeline crashed down on the the big train seat.
"Cold, isn't it?" She says.
"Yes." Susan replied. "How come it's so quiet on the train today?"
"Not sure." Hannah answered "I wonder who's teaching dark arts this year?"
Adeline stared out of the window.
"Anything from the trolley dears?" Said the trolley witch, sliding open the door.
"Can I have a pumpkin pasty?" Adeline asked her, handing her ten sickles.
The trolley witch exchanged the money for a pasty.
Fred and George came down asking for every flavour beans, then plotting to trick Ron with them doing something or the other.
Suddenly, the train came to a halt and everything went cold and dark.
The halt caused Fred and George to tumble in to the carriage, ending up in a heap on the floor. Neville helped them up.
"What's happening?" Adeline asked. "We can't be there yet?"
"I'm not sure." Neville replied, trembling.
A hooded figure passed the train.
"Oh my gosh!" Hannah gasped. "Is that a dementor."
Neville took a deep breathe.
"Gore! Wonder how ikkle Won Won's feeling!" Joked George.
Fred laughed.
"I don't think this is a joke.." Replied Adeline. "I read about them in a Daily Prophet article, they're only meant to be at Azkaban though."
"They can suck people's souls out." Trembled Neville.
"It's okay, Neville. The teachers will get rid of them." Susan said.
"What if the dementors don't go?" Neville panicked.
"They will.. I'm sure." Adeline replied.

"Ad! Hi, did you hear about Harry?" Hermione asked.
"No?" Adeline replied. "What happened?"
"A dementor attacked him on the train, they were searching for Sirius Black." Hermione told her.
"Oh my gosh! Is he okay?" Adeline asked.
"Yes, he's fine. Professor Lupin saved him." Hermione told Adeline "I'm not sure using which spell..."
"Oh. Well I'm glad he's okay. Isn't Lupin the new dark arts teacher?" Adeline brought up.
"Yeah, that's what Dumbledore said last night at the feast." Hermione said, tying her hair back.
"Okay, well I'm going to potions now." Adeline told Hermione. "Don't want to be late!"
In potions, Pansy and Adeline were sat next to each other.
"Move your hair, or I'm going to put it in the potion." Pansy muttered.
"I'm sorry- I can't help my hair going on the table!" Adeline told her.
"Yes, you can." Pansy told her. "Tie it back."
Adeline rolled her eyes and slipped it back into a ponytail.
"Gosh!" Pany said.
"What." Adeline replied.
"You're even worse at potions than I thought." Pansy laughed. "The potions meant to be green, not blue."
