Chapter 25

Seungcheol's pov

"What?!" That's all I can say. I can't understand why is he even doing this? Don't I have any control in my life?

"You know what I want, Seungcheol. I just want to have my own grandchildren before I retire. It won't be possible if you'll end up with Yoon Jeonghan!" Dad said. I couldn't even process anything. I caught Yeoreum smiling at my side. While my friends were shock by Dad's sudden decision.

"If you don't like Areum, then we have Yeoreum." Dad said before leaving me in the living room, dumbfounded.

"It's okay, Seungcheol. You will forget about that Jeonghan guy once you get married with me." Yeoreum said patting my back but I glared at her. She shuts up her mouth and I quickly went in my room. My friends followed me from behind.

"Everything's happening too quick." Mingyu said as he sits at the couch in front of my bed. Vernon was sitting at the edge of my bed while Wonwoo sat on a chair beside my study desk.

"How come Uncle Choi decided about that, that quick?" Vernon wondered, still in shock. I also wondered. How can he just pick Yeoreum as my fiancee? But, I shrugged those thoughts as I remember Jeonghan. My Hannie.

"We heard everything about your Mother.." Wonwoo said, I looked at him blankly. "Why didn't you tell us?"

"That's such a shame. My father did those nasty things. My mom and I don't deserve any of this." I said and lowered down my head. The thought of my Mom still hurts me. My Mom died few years ago, and I still don't know what happened to her. I asked Minseok hyung to investigate my Mother's death, and still, no evidences of what really happened.

"I didn't know Uncle Choi would do that.." Mingyu said and walked up next to me, patting my back.

Dad had me grounded for a week, so I won't be able to go to Jeonghan in the hospital. But, I still have my sneaking skills. I can sneak effortlessly.

I texted Junhui to take care of Jeonghan while I'm still here in the mansion. I hope Jeonghan's okay now.

"Areum got expelled from the school." Wonwoo said, making me looked at him.

"She deserves it." I answered and scoffed. I can't still believe it that she did those things. I know she's desperate but I never imagined she would do this to Jeonghan.

"But, Cheol hyung, you got Areum out of your way, but Yeoreum.." Hansol worriedly said but I cut him off, "I'll handle her."

Third Person's pov

Days have passed, and Seungcheol is still grounded by his Dad. He would usually sneak at night, around 9pm sort of up until 12 midnight, just to visit Jeonghan in the hospital. That's how much he loves him, that he would sneak out just to check on Jeonghan's condition.

He just really hoped that no one would see him sneaking out, or else he's dead. It's already Saturday now, and he just really made sure that the bodyguards are unaware of his actions. His Dad went overseas again for business. Bodyguards are the only ones with him right now.

Seungcheol changed his clothes and brought a small bag with him containing a shirt, a pair of shorts, cap and also some snacks. He reached out for the window and saw how high it is for him to go down. But, he's been doing this since Thursday night.
