Chapter 36

JEONGHAN'S POV

I'm now in a current talk with Mingyu about their performance. It turns out that Mingyu and Hansol just forced Seungcheol and Wonwoo in this.

"Do you wanna change your group name or add or change your song?" I asked, and he looked up, thinking if he will change anything.

But then, he spotted someone behind me, "Cheol hyung," Oh shit. I'm not yet ready to face him.

"Why?" He asked Mingyu, not minding my presence. "Do you wanna add 'If I' to our performance?" He asked Seungcheol. Seungcheol seems to think about it first.

"I guess that's not a bad idea." Seungcheol answered casually. He seems so weird to me. Is he a bipolar or something? "Seems like Mr Choi's answer is a yes. So I'll add 'If I' in the list of performances. Thank you for a little bit of your time, Mr Choi.." I teased Seungcheol by calling him that.

I turned my head on Mingyu, "Thank you too, Mingyu-ya." I called Mingyu comfortably to tease him even more. I walked away from them professionally.

After that kiss, he became a complete stranger. I don't know what to believe anymore. I sighed when I was totally far from them.

This is gonna be tough. But, I'm already decided after what happened. I won't confess to him anymore. I lost my hope already. I will just sing that song for him as a farewell.

I hope he knows...

After with all the responsibilities and tasks with the Student Council, I dismissed everyone from their respective classes since I'm also in charge with all the year and levels in this school for this week, teachers will just assist me, tho.

I fixed my things inside the Student Council office and Seungkwan is here with me right now with Hansol. These two will fetch me home and I don't even know why.

"I told you, I can just go home by myself." I said and chuckled. I kept on saying that I'm fine and I can handle myself, but these two won't let me.

"Okay, okay. We'll just get this conversation longer." I said and put my bag behind me.

We were about to walk out when suddenly Mr Nam came in the office. He looks kinda surprised that Seungkwan and Hansol were here and it seems like he didn't expect these two to be here.

"What's the matter, Mr Nam?" I asked politely. Mr Nam scratched the back of his head, "Can we talk alone, Jeonghan-ssi?" It's kinda weird but it's the very first time he called out my name.

I was about to say yes and I know Mr Nam is anticipating for it when Seungkwan suddenly interrupted. "Uhm, Mr Nam, let's just talk about that stuff tomorrow. It's getting late now and we need to go home now. Is that alright, Sir?" Seungkwan asked politely.

I noticed how Mr Nam thought about it twice when he nodded and let the three of us out of the office. I found it strange when Seungkwan held my wrist lightly and Hansol is escorting me behind.

What are they? Bodyguards?

"Yah, Seungkwan-ah. We should have just had a word with Mr Nam. Maybe it's an important matter." I said when we reached the parking lot. He flicked my forehead and I glared at him.
