"18...19... and 20," the detective says, counting all of us to make sure we're all here. "That should be everyone, minus the boy with the messed up legs."

We had just been escorted out of the UJS and back to the school on bus by the police who had arrived, and I'm happy to say my stomach is fully healed. They had recovery girl on the scene for when we were first found, so even if it meant sleeping on Ochaco's shoulder on the ride back, I'm glad she could fix it.

We all took turns giving a statement to the police, and after my turn, I made my way back to the front of the school, where my classmates were waiting. I stood alone, as I didn't feel like talking to anyone at the moment, and overheard Hagakure talking to Ojiro.

"-are you alright Ojiro, I heard you got teleported on your own, but you seem fine. I didn't think you were such a strong fighter," she says.

"Yeah, I just used some hit'n'run tactics to get away. But hey, are you alright? Where'd you get teleported?" He asks.

"Oh! I got sent off to the landslide zone. You should've seen Y/N and Todoroki, they were amazing!" She replies.

Huh? I think. I didn't even notice her there.

Just then, I see someone approach me from the corner of my eye.

"Did you know Hagakure was with us?" Todoroki asks.

"Heh, nope," I respond, scratching the back of my head.

"Me neither. I could have froze her," he says seriously.

I just respond with a laugh however, and I get a small smile out of him.

"Is your stomach ok now? I saw you sleeping on the bus, so I assumed Recovery Girl helped you out." He says.

He was looking at me when I slept? That's embarrassing. I think.

"Yep! I'm all good now. Are you okay? I mean that whole event was definitely something else."

"Yeah I'm fine. If we want to be heroes, that's the kind of stuff we'll have to go through," he says.

"That's one way to put it," I say, before someone clears their throat.

You guys are all free to go home now, and you can come back to school on Monday," says Principle Nezu.

"Great, well I'll see ya later Todoroki," I say with a wave, and he waves back, before I turn around and start walking home.

Time Skip

"Aw man, the weekend went by way too fast," I say, as I walk into the class, my breakfast still in hand.

I'm about to take my seat before Iida stops me.

"L/N, you must always come to school 100% prepared and ready to learn. As your class rep I highly advise prioritizing your learning! IS YOUR TIE UNTUCKED??"

You have got to be kidding me, I think. But before I can even move my hand to fix it, Iida's already got a new mission.

"Tokoyami! Stop treating the desks as-"

Todoroki's POV

"Let's hope today isn't too hard," I say as I walk through the door to my class.

I am greeted by the loud voices of my classmates, most of them talking about the few seconds of screen time we had on the news the other night. It's nothing too special. Due to my pathetic excuse of a father, I've had my fair share of time on tv.

I turn into my row, and walk towards my seat, only to see Y/N getting basically harassed by Iida. Something about prioritizing school and tucking in your tie. She reaches down to fix it, before he's already off to protect the school desks from being sat on. I take my seat behind her, and figure she's just as tired as I am. We sit in silence for a few minutes, before I decide to break it.

"What did the the school's executive want this early in the day," I say, trying to make some sort of a joke.

"Something about school, but I wasn't exactly listening," she says with a laugh. "That's our class rep for ya."

"I think it's gotten to his head a bit," I say.

"For sure. But he means well," she says, and I smile. Just a small conversation with her and my day has already improved.

Y/N's POV

My talk with Todoroki lightened my mood a bit before class starts, and I wanted to continue talking, but I'm interrupted.

"Attention homeroom class is about to begin!" Says Iida in stride. "Everybody take your seats!"

Here he goes again.

"Dude, we're all in our seats," says Kirishima.

"Yeah, you're the only one standing," adds Kaminari.

Iida walks to his seat in a huff, and I hear the door to our classroom open. I wonder who our teacher will be for today.

"Morning class."

"Mr. Aizawa what are you doing here!?!?" The class says, before Iida adds in a "I'm glad you are okay!"

Even I'm a bit surprised he's here. The only part of his face we can actually see is his nose, and his whole body is wrapped in bandages.

"My well being is not what's important right now. For you, the fight's not over," he says.

"Don't tell me-" I start.

"There's more bad guys??" Mineta interrupts, and I shoot him a glare which he can't see due to the fact that I'm seated behind him.

"The UA sports festival is about to start," Mr. Aizawa says.

"Oh thank god," I say.

"Don't scare us like that!"

~

The next few minutes of class we discuss the sports festival, and some questions about it being cancelled due to the villain attack are answered. When Jiro brought that idea up, I got kind of nervous. I've heard about the UA sports festival, and have watched it on tv for years. It is one of the biggest sporting events ever, and I've always wanted to participate in it. Thankfully, her idea was pushed aside. Apparently UA has boosted its security, and that's the main reason we're still doing it.

"The sports festival has been held for years. And for anyone who cares for competition, the festival is all that matters right now," says Mr. Aizawa.

"That's right! There will be many pro heroes watching, and that's when we'll get scouted!" Says Yaomomo.

"Not unless we're dead," says Mineta, and I use my telekinesis to give him a slap on the back of the head.

"Ouch."

"Yeah, about now is when some people start to join agencies as sidekicks," says Kaminari.

"But that's as far as some people go. Actually, that's probably where you're headed, you're kind of dumb," says Jiro, referring to Kaminari, and I have to stifle a laugh.

"This is your best opportunity if you wish to become a pro hero. One opportunity a year, three opportunities in a lifetime. So you better not slack off on your training," says Mr. Aizawa.

"Yes sir!" The class says.

"Class dismissed."
