"Class dismissed."

I'm about to walk out of our class along side Mina, but there's a bunch of people outside our class door for some reason, blocking our exit.

"Hey! What the heck are you all doing here?" Asks Ochaco.

"Do you guys have some sort of business with our class?" Iida adds.

"They're just scouting out the competition idiots," says Bakugo. "At least now they've seen what a future pro looks like. Now move out of my way extras."

I sweat drop at his actions, classic Bakugo. But Iida doesn't seem too pleased.

"Bakugo, you can't just say that to people, we don't want everyone targeting us at the festival you know."

"So this is class 1-A. Is everyone in the hero course like this, or are you just an ass?" A guy with purple hair asks, referring to Bakugo.

We all shake our heads, hoping he'll get the message.

"I wanted to be in the hero course, but like many others, I was forced down a different path. But's that's just for now. My hopes with this sports festival are that people will see how good I really am, and maybe I'll end up replacing one of you." He says.

"Scouting out the competition huh? Maybe that's what some of my peers are doing, but I'm just here to say watch your backs. Consider this a declaration of war."

Jeez. Where'd this guy even come from? I think.

"HEY YOU! I'M FROM CLASS 1-B DOWN THE HALL FROM YOU! I HEARD YOU GUYS FOUGHT SOME REAL VILLAINS, AND I CAME TO SEE IF THAT WAS TRUE. IF IT IS, YOU MUST THINK YOU'RE BETTER THAN US! WELL WATCH YOUR BACK OUT THERE!" Says a guy with silver hair, popping out of nowhere.

By now I've kinda had enough of this, so pulling Mina by her arm, I go to make my exit.

"Welp, looks like everyone hates our class now. Good going dumbass," I say to Bakugo on my way out.

"Hey! What'd you call me!"

Our class was given the next few days of school off in order to train for the sports festival in a few days. And that's exactly what I did. Even though I hated early mornings, I'd get up a few hours earlier than I normally would to go for a quick run before I began my actual training. I focused more on hand to hand combat, mostly because it wouldn't make much sense training my quirk for something that might not even happen. I know if I make it past the first few rounds, which I intend to do, then I'll probably be facing off against some of my classmates. That's why I attended a few training sessions that Mina had set up for our class. However, I didn't try out all of my best moves, as I didn't want them to be memorized and then used against me.

Despite this, the only person I couldn't seem to beat was Bakugo. But honestly, even though I was surprised Kirishima actually got Bakugo to come along, I was grateful for the tough competition. I was kind of hoping Todoroki would've been there too, as he wouldn't been a great partner to practice against.

Flashback:

"Hey Mina! Hey you guys!" I say as I walk into the girls change room to change into my training gear.

"Hey Y/N!" They respond.

"So, who's all coming to this thing anyway?" I ask.

"Hmmm. Well besides us, I think Kaminari, Mineta, and Iida, and then Kirishima is gonna try to get Bakugo to come, but we'll see how that goes," Mina replies.
