The next few days went by painfully slow. We had been told at the start of the week that in a few days we were attending the USJ for a rescue exercise. Everyone was pretty excited, including myself, so the time felt slower, especially since we had extra English classes. Present Mic is certainly an entertaining guy, but he's not exactly the best teacher. Since I lived most of my life in America, English came to me easily. I didn't actually learn anything new, so I just sat around and did nothing all class.

Flashback:

"Ok class, who's gonna apply their knowledge of what your amazing teacher just taught you and read this paragraph in English for us!" Present Mic yells.

Of course, nobody actually volunteers, except Yaomomo, but Present Mic decides someone else needs to participate. I looked behind me trying my best not to make eye contact so he wouldn't call on me, and saw Todoroki was doing the same. But just to my luck, he picked me anyway.

"Alright Y/L/N! Let's hear it!"

""When is the train leaving?" The man asked. He had been fumbling with his map for the past few minutes..." I finish reading the paragraph with relief that I hadn't stuttered or messed up.

"Hey! Since when did an extra like you know English so well?" Bakugo shouts at me.

"Um..." I start.

"It's quite simple Bakubro, she's just smart," Interrupts Kirishima.

"Well I'd say living in America for my whole life up until this year may have helped," I finish with an eye roll.

The class then proceeded to make a big deal about me coming from America, and I had a great time answering all their questions. This took up the rest of class, until we were finally let free.

As we step on the bus in a single file line, as per Iida's instructions, the memory of that English class pops into my mind. I take a seat next to Ochaco and Sue, before the bus takes off. I had been waiting for this day for the whole week, and I'm real excited that it's finally happening. As an aspiring hero, rescue training will be great practice.

"... yeah, well it's too bad we don't have super flashy quirks. If any of our classmates have pro quirks, it's Todoroki, Bakugo, and Kayla."

"Yeah, but Bakugo's always angry, so he'll never be that popular," adds Sue.

"WHAT DID YOU SAY! I'LL KICK YOUR ASS!" Bakugo yells from behind me, making me jump a little.

"See," says Sue.

After some arguing between us and Bakugo, we finally reach the USJ. We step off the bus, and as we step inside my jaw drops. This place is huge! There are so many different scenes that we could encounter as heroes, and I'm amazed. Clearly I'm not the only one either, as many of my classmates have similar expressions on their face. We meet the space hero, Thirteen, and before Midoriya gets ahead of himself with his fanboying, Thirteen proceeds to introduce the many zones.

"Shouldn't All Might be here," says Mr. Aizawa.

"Actually, he did too much hero work on the way to school, so he won't make it today," says Thirteen.

I zone out as Thirteen starts talking about her quirk, and how it can be used to kill. Almost on cue, a purple warp gate opens up at the bottom of the stairs, and a bunch of villain looking people step out.

"Aw man, this is sick!" I say.

"Has the training already begun?" Asks Kirishima.

However, our smiles drop when we see the serious look on Mr. Aizawa's face.

"Stay back! Thirteen, protect the students. This is real. Those are villains." Mr Aizawa says, before jumping into the action and fighting the villains down below.

"We have to help him, he can't fight all of them on his own." Says Midoriya.

However, we look down the stairs to unexpectedly see Mr. Aizawa kicking the villains asses, with the help of his erase quirk. Everything is silent for a moment, before my classmates start bombarding Thirteen with questions.

"How did so many of them get in?"

"Why aren't the alarms going off?"

"Is the entire campus under attack?"

"Honestly, I'm not sure," says Thirteen. "But let's escape while we can."

We all make a run for the exit, when suddenly the purple warp appears in front of us, blocking our exit.

"There is no escape for you," it says.

"Holy shit, the warp is a person." I say.

"It's a pleasure to meet you. We are the league of villains. Sorry to intrude like this, uninvited. But don't you think this is a nice place for All Might to take his final breath?" It says.

So this whole mission is about All might. But the problem is, is he isn't here. So what are we supposed to do now?

"Ah well. In the end I suppose it doesn't matter. We'll wreck havoc one way or another."

As he finishes his sentence, Thirteen goes to use her blackhole quirk, when Kirishima and Bakugo jump in her way, attempting to attack the villain. An explosion is made, on behalf of Bakugo, and for a second, I can't see a thing.

"Did you really think we were just gonna stand by and do nothing," says Kirishima.

"You certainly live up to your school's reputation," the warp says.

What? How is he still standing? If Bakugo can't even make a scratch on him, how are we supposed to escape?

"But you should be more careful, or else someone may get hurt. I'll scatter you all across this building, and we'll see how you hold your own while separated."

And with that, I'm blinded by purple dust. I hear a few of my classmates scream, before it feels as though I've floated into nothingness. However, that is quickly changed when I feel myself falling, fast. The rock ground comes into sight, and before I can splatter across it, I use my quirk to catch myself. Although I can't seem to completely stop my fall in time, I'm not dead on the ground, so I count that as a win. However, I still hit the ground pretty hard, and I feel my side hurting.

I get up and check my surroundings. It seems as though I've landed in the landslide zone, as I'm standing on top of a rocky surface. I walk around and try to figure out where I am compared to the others. I don't see anyone around me, that is until, multiple figures appear in the distance. I can't tell who they are at first, before one of them yells that they found someone, and then I know. Those are all villains. And I'm gonna have to put up one heck of a fight if I want to come out of this alive.

As they continue to approach me, I realize it's gonna be about a one on ten fight. I don't like those odds.

"Shit, this isn't good," I say to myself.

However, before any of the villains can attack, a sheet of ice is shot out from my left, freezing all of them in their places. I take a deep breath to calm myself. I'm fine, for now. I walk closer to the villains cautiously, before taking a good look at the ice.

That ice can only belong to one person. Todoroki.
