"Looks like breaking all those laws is treating you well." Sam says to Sharon as she leads us through her place. "I thought if I had to hustle, might as well enjoy the life of a real hustler. You know how much I'll get for a real Monet?"
"Deactivate your hustle mode. You sell fake Monets."
"No. She means real. This gallery is specialized in stolen artwork. Monet. Van Gogh. Classics." Zemo tells Sam who turns to us, "It's true. You know, half the artwork in museums like the Louvre is fake. Real stuff sits in places like this." Bucky adds and I nod.
Okay, guys, I see what you're doing. You're more worldly than good old Sam." Sam says pulling his phone out, "Yeah. What's Google say?"
"No shit."
"You guys need to change. I'm hosting clients in an hour." Sharon tell us and I follow after her glad I'd be able to get out of my ridiculous get up.
"What happened to you?" She asks me as she leads me to her closet. "Zemo's plan." I say smiling once she hands me a shirt and pants. "Thank you, it's good to see you Sharon." She nods with her own smile and pats my shoulder. "You too Rosalie."
"Much better." She says as I renter the room in my new outfit, with my hair and makeup different too. "Damn Rosie you're looking good." Sam compliments as he's looking for a new shirt making me grin, "right back at you, smiling tiger." I tease making him roll his eyes as I hear Bucky scoff but I don't glance in his direction I just take the seat furtherest away from him.
"What's going on, Sharon? You don't ever wanna come back home?"
" They'll lock me up if I step foot back in the States. Madripoor doesn't allow extradition."
"Look, I'm sorry I didn't call, but after The Blip and the chaos, I just-"
"Look, you know the whole hero thing is a joke, right? The way you gave up that shield, deep down, you must know it's all hypocrisy."
"He knows. And not so deep down." Zemo adds, "By the way, how is the new Cap?" She asks making scoff at just the thought of John. "He's a dick." I reply.
"Don't get me started." Bucky says making Sharon Scoff, "Please. You buy into all that stars and stripes bullshit. Before you were his pet psychopath, you were Mr. America! Cap's best friend."
"And what happened between the two of you? Last time I saw you guys you were all over each other and now you can't even sit near one another?" She asks looking between Bucky and I
"Wow. She's kind of awful now." Bucky says as Sam joins us now with a shirt on. "Karli Morgenthau and at least seven others have taken the serum." Sam says as he sits beside me.
"You guys really should steer clear of all of this for your own safety."
"We know it's a risk, but we won't leave until we find the one who cracked the code."
