The quinjet leaves the hangar making me sigh in relief I was so glad that they had made it, Tony and Rhodey fly after it, I pull up a shield to save the quinjet from their attacks as Sam flys behind them almost catching up. I then watch as Vision takes aim and fires his head laser, Sam spots it coming and tucks into a tumble. The laser overshoots and slices through the core on War Machines chest plate. The War Machine armour loses power and goes into a spinning free fall. My eyes widen as we watch how Rhodey was falling at such a rapid pace.
Both Tony and Sam dive to try and get to him in time although it looks unlikely, I try and conjure up a path to slow his fall but it seems that I have underestimated how hard he was actually falling as he smashes through the ice rapidly, I try again but I'm not fast enough, he plunges and the suit emits black smoke. Since I'm stood a bit away I can't exactly see what was happening, Tony's face tells me that it wasn't looking good though.
Sam swoops down and lands on his feet, retracting his wings retract, he says something and then Tony zaps him backwards with a blast of energy from the palm of his suit.I guess the fighting was over, I just hoped that Rhodey would be ok.
"Rosalie?" I turn to Peter, "what's gonna happen now?" He's nervous, "you're gonna be fine don't worry kid." I assure him, he would be since he had taken Tony's side. "What about you?" I shrug, "they'll probably take us in but we'll be ok." I wasn't too sure but I don't think it would be that bad.

I was wrong it was worse than I even imagined we'd all been restrained and locked up in some raft prison. Wanda and I were matching in our straight jackets with shock collars around our necks to stop us from using our powers, I found that out the hard way.
"The Futurist, gentlemen! The Futurist is here! He sees all! He knows what's best for you, whether your like it or not." Clint announces as Tony has come to visit us, "Give me a break, Barton. I had no idea they'll put you here. Come on." I sigh as I lean back against the wall, my face was hurting I had tried to move but the shackles on my ankles had tripped me and with my hands restrained I couldn't catch myself and so I fell directly on my face probably shattering my cheekbone.
"Yeah, well, you knew they'd put us somewhere, Tony." He spits, "Yeah, but not some super-max floating ocean pokey. You know, this place is for maniacs. This is a place for . . ." He trails off his eyes meeting mine, "Criminals?" I weakly murmur, "Criminals, Tony. That's the word you're looking for." I say closing my eyes as he looks away from me. "That didn't used to mean me. Or Sam or Wanda or even Rosie but here we are." Barton continues.
"Because you broke the law." Tony says in a hard tone making me scoff, "Yeah." Barton also scoffs, "I didn't make you." Tony continues making me laugh to myself, "La, la, la, la, la . . ."
"You read it, you broke it." Clint continues with singing to himself, "Alright, you're all grown up, you got a wife and kids. I don't understand, why didn't you think about them before you chose the wrong side?" I look at Clint in surprise I didn't know he had kids. "You gotta watch your back with this guy. There's a chance he's gonna break it." Clint shouts after Tony walks away from him. "Hank Pym always said, you never can trust a Stark." Scott says as Tony walks past his cell, "Who are you?" He asks. "Come on, man."
"Rosie, I'm sorry." I shrug, "it's not your fault." It wasn't, I didn't blame him but that didn't mean I wasn't mad, I wasn't angry at him but I was angry. "where are they?" I shrug, "I don't know, the voltage from the shocks I've been receiving has fried my brain a bit I guess." I say making him shake his head, "I didn't know they'd treat you like this." I nod, "yeah I know. But they are, I can't use my arms or legs, I'm not even allowed water and I can't even reach the bed, last time I tried to get on it my beautiful anklets did this to my face." I tell him making him sigh, "yeah I know I chose the wrong team which apparently means I no longer deserve to be treated like a human." I mock what he had said earlier and seeing that I wasn't willing to talk he moves onto Sam.
Honestly I read over the accords that had started this whole mess and it made me agree with the team I had picked even more. The accords weren't made to protect people they were made to restrict super humans against their own free will. They honestly affected us with powers more something tony wouldn't have felt as much because he didn't have any powers of his own.

Whilst we were here Clint had been filling me in on everything I had missed the past year. "So Thor and Bruce left?" He nods, "Thor went home, something about the destruction of his planet and Banner has been missing, the hulk hopped on a untraceable jet and hasn't been heard from since." I nod, "huh." Who would've thought.
"This sucks." Scott hums from the cell diagonal to mine, I meet his eyes and nod, "yeah, my nose has been itching like crazy but," I shrug as I try and move my arms the straight jacket making it impossible, I let out a huff of air before deciding enough was enough if I thought about the stupid itch any longer it would drive me mad. I make a tiny bit of ice and make it itch my nose. "Ow son of a-" the shock collar does it's job and sends a nasty shock through me. "You ok?" Scott asks making me shrug, "it was worth it, it was starting to drive me mad."

"It's so boring here couldn't they at least provide us with some entertainment?" Sam scoffs, "this is a prison." He replies like I didn't know that, my ankles were fricken shackled to the wall for gods sake. "Really? I thought we were at a holiday resort, my god how did I ever miss that this was a prison?" He scoffs again, "you guys wanna hear some jokes?" I offer, "you're not funny." Sam replies curtly, jeez I was just trying to keep the mood up in here. "I am funny, aren't I Wanda?" I ask the young girl worried once she doesn't reply, she sits hunched in the corner her eyes empty. "I think you're quite funny." Scott offers making me grin, "see this is why your my favourite inmate." I tell him making a bright smile appear on his face.
"Tell me about yourself Scotty you seem like you've had an interesting life." I say leaning back against the wall. I liked listening it helped keep my mind off what was actually going on. "Damn I didn't know Baskins and Robins was so intense." I say making him laugh. "Can I ask you some questions I've always wanted to?" He asks cautiously after he tells me his whole life story. "Sure." I shrug I mean it's not like I had anything better to do.
"Were you born with the powers?" I shake my head, "nope I acquired them after dying in a lake." His eyes widen, "you died?" I shrug, "I think so, I'm not really sure." He nods, "ok so I read a conspiracy theory that you had a child back in the 50s." I start laughing, I remember hearing about that. "No I haven't had any children, I don't even know how that came about." He nods, "what about the one that you were a drug dealer?"
"What?" I ask completely beside myself with laughter, "so you weren't dealing drugs?" He asks, "no, I've never even gone near them." I giggle, "do people actually think this?" He shrugs, "I mean i don't believe it but it is quite a popular theory, that you supplied drugs to rivalling actress until they were hooked and then refuse to give them more so that whilst they were suffering with withdrawals you would get ahead and snag more roles." I start laughing again even hearing Sam and Clint join in. "That's ridiculous."

"Wanda are you ok?" I whisper into the night as the boys slept. She looks at me and then shakes her head, her eyes welling with tears, "hey, we're gonna be ok." I assure her, "how do you know that?" She asks me fear very prominent in her voice, "I know my best friend." I tell her simply, Steve would come us I know he wouldn't be able to help himself. "Wanda, I promise you, I'm going to make sure that you'll be ok." I say, even if Steve didn't come for us, I'd do what I could for my teammates.
