Even if I open my eyes again,
The reality doesn't change8: 18 PM
LABYRINTH CASINO,
SEOUL"Hwiyoung's here" Yeonjun's voice alerted everyone, all the members who stood scattered across the bustling hall now busily searched for the mentioned, "Hallway 3, but he isn't alone" He informed making all their heads turn to face the direction.
It was first time Soyoung had confronted Hwiyoung, the very manager of another racing club, also, Dragon's accomplice.
His tight fitted all-white suit jacket and pants sat juxtaposing the sparkling black, red and blue fits in the room, the white too bright to go unnoticed as he practically caught everyone's attention as though he wanted make his presence known.
His long brown hair slicked back, the tips lightly dusting his shoulder and nape as he slid his hands in the pocket and walked down the hallway with the girl, she instantly recognized as Doyeon, tailing him.
Doyeon seemed busy, indulging in a conversation with one of the three bodyguards surrounding them, probably instructing them something as she motioned with her hands mid-air.
"So, what's the plan now?" Soyoung asked, raising her eyebrow questioningly, her honey brown eyes meeting Yeonjun's who stood faraway, "Confront them, alone".
"What?!" She uttered out in disbelief, pupils dilated as her gaze fleeted onto the taller figure standing beside her, appalled.
"You'll be fine" Mark spoke as he slid his hand beneath hers, "Trust me, you'll be fine. I've got you, Youn" He reassured, crossing her knuckles with the calloused pad of his thumb and there was something in the tone of his voice and the unknown depth in his words that soothed her, making it known to her that someone's got her back.
Mark's got her back.
Soyoung nodded to herself, "Yeah, right, I'll be fine. I've got you, all of them, yeah" She mumbled under her breath, preparing herself for what she was to encounter.
One last look at the boy and her hand slipped out of his hold, her feet progressing towards the hallway mentioned earlier.
She had no clue whatsoever about how she was going to deal once she did confront the rivalry racers and the member who belonged to the gang— her mind like a blank page with no concrete plan scribbled onto it.
