"Okay, lets never do that again," Kai groans.

"Ah, just think, if Sensei hadn't gotten rid of the staff, it would've been worse," Jay says, brushing imaginary dust from his suit.

"Yeah, but now we don't know the message," says Cole, crossing his arms over his chest.

"Not exactly," Wu says. "I managed to make an imprint."

He leads us to the back of the ship where three large pictures were painted on the wall in black ink. One was a tornado, one was a sword with clouds around it, and one was a skull.

"But what does it all mean?" Jay asks.

"My father told me long ago that he would leave a message leading me to his final resting place. After he passed, I looked everywhere for it, not knowing it was in my hand all this time."

"You mean to tell us--"

"Yes," Uncle says, turning to Kai. "These symbols will lead us to the Tomb of the First Spinjitzu Master. Only problem is I haven't the foggiest idea what any of them mean."

"Well, if Morro is trying to find the tomb, we gotta find it first."

"Hey, maybe Misako can help decipher the clues since she's a total history buff," Cole suggests.

"Pixal, release the Falcon and give her our location," Zane says.

The Falcon appears on Zane's arm and flies away.

"Good," says Uncle, "then we set up camp."

The seven of us head in different directions in search of supplies for our camp. I don't get very far before my thoughts catch up with me.

Lloyd has been possessed.

When I first learned this, I was in the middle of battle. I have been trained to ignore devastating facts like this, to put aside my emotions, and focus only on the fight at hand. But now that I am free of any distractions, I feel the full weight of losing Lloyd. Suddenly, I am not whole.

Tears start to roll down my cheeks and I stop walking.

He didn't say "I love you" when he left, nor did he give mom a hug. And now he's been possessed. What if he's never turned back to normal? What if we've lost him forever? And we didn't say "I love you" to each other.

"Tasha?"

I immediately wipe away my tears and turn to face Kai.

"Are you okay?" he asks cautiously.

"I'm fine," I say, though my voice betrays me.

"Are you sure?"

"Yes," I say more evenly. "Why do you care?"

"Because I care about you."

All my sadness disappears, replaced suddenly by anger.

"No you don't," I say coldly.

"Yes, I do. I apologized, remember?"

"Yes, but that doesn't mean we're friends again," I snap.

"Come on, Tasha," Kai says exasperatedly. "Can you at least be reasonable?"

"Just leave me alone."

"Tasha--"

"I said leave me alone!"

"No."

I pause, taken aback by this reply.

"No?"

"No," he repeats. "I am not going to let you push me away."
