Hey everyone! Can't believe it's nearly been a year since I last updated this book. I'd like to start by thanking you all so much for being so patient. I read all your comments and appreciate all the support.
It's been a hectic year for me, to say the least. Senior year of college is no joke. Between projects and essays, volunteering on a fire department and completing an internship, I hardly had time to myself, let alone sit down and think about this story. And since graduation, I've been scavenging every job board there is because the job market really sucks. But finally, I'm in a place where I can give some thought and energy to this story again.
Over the past couple years, I set so many deadlines for myself to try and complete this story, and failed to meet them over and over, and for that I'm deeply sorry. I feel like I let you guys down. Which is why I'm so excited to finally announce that it's done!
Er— well, it's almost done. I've been hard at work these past couple days writing the final two "seasons" of the story. And I've finally gotten enough chapter prewritten that I'm comfortable releasing them on a weekly basis until it's finished.
Monday, November 24th (my 22nd birthday 🤪) the "teaser trailer" will be released, and then merely three days later, on November 27th, Thanksgiving day, a new chapter will be out out. After that, there will be a new chapter published every Thursday until it's complete, which I anticipate there will be about 15 chapters.
So finally, five and a half years later, "Promises" will be complete. I'd like to thank you all again for sticking around and supporting me. You guys mean the world to me. Until next time— 😘
