"I don't get it!" Lia's tears began to form.
"..why would she leave me. I've always been there for her, to hold her hand...be her shoulder pillow and all."
Still, no words came out from the red head's mouth. As she watched Lia's tears flow free at last.
"I accepted and loved every single one of her quirks..and all the special things about her. I'd do anything to see her smile at me..to call her mine again."
Yeji's face looked dejected. "That's the problem. Maybe she was never really yours in the first place. I don't know what's so great about me, but when Ryujin looks at me, it's like she sees the world in me...and I do want to be the girl in her eyes. I feel sorry for you..I do, cry a river if you must but I —"
"—then why would you take her from me?"
"I didn't take her from you..she just came back to me. Again, I'm sorry Lia but I have to go see my girlfriend."
Lia's heart sunk in her chest as Yeji walked away, vanishing from her sight.
