It was one of those nights where Lia couldn't fall asleep no matter how hard she tried. She tossed and turned in her bed, feeling the weight of the world on her shoulders. Every little noise made her jump, and her mind refused to shut off. Finally, she admitted defeat and picked up her phone, scrolling through her contacts until she landed on Ryujin's name. She hesitated for a moment before hitting the call button, unsure if she should really be calling her in the middle of the night. But she was desperate, and she needed someone.
Ryujin was sound asleep when her phone started ringing. It was late at night, but she saw Lia's name. She answered groggily, "Hello?"
"Hey, sorry. Were you sleeping?" Lia said, her voice tight with anxiety.
"I'm still trying to grow, of course I was sleeping." replied Ryujin, who was lying in bed with her eyes closed. "But, it's fine, everything alright?"
Ryujin heard a small chuckle over the phone.
"Hey Lia, are you okay?" Ryujin, rolled over onto her side and opening her eyes wide open to check the time. It was 11pm.
"Yeah..I'm good." said Lia, pausing for a moment before continuing. "I just wanted to hear your voice."
"Tell me what's wrong." Ryujin replied, her voice much more modulated.
Lia took a deep breath and explained everything that had been stressing her out lately. Ryujin listened patiently, offering comforting words when appropriate. Just talking to Ryujin made Lia feel better.
Rain came pouring down relentlessly, but Lia didn't notice. She was mindlessly staring at the ceiling listening to Ryujin's voice.
"Just remember, I'm always here for you," Ryujin said comfortingly.
"Thank you, that means a lot." Lia said softly. "But for tonight, maybe I just need an extra pillow to hug."
"Want me to deliver a hug?"
"Yes. Please."
"I'm coming over."
Ryujin abruptly ended the call.
"Ryujin, hello? I was kidding!" Lia panicked.
She looked out the window and saw it was raining cats and dogs. Ryujin wasn't answering her phone anymore. If Lia was stressed earlier, now she's totally in shambles. Ryujin doesn't own a car, it's late, there are no more busses. Lia just wished that Ryujin fell asleep again.
The rain was heavy, but Ryujin didn't care. She had to see Lia. Even if it was the middle of the night. She noticed how Lia sounded anxious on the phone, so she had to do something. Ryujin had biked all the way to Lia's house, getting drenched in the process. But it was worth it, when she saw Lia standing in the doorway, looking relieved.
Lia watched from her window as Ryujin approached her place. She went outside without second thought.
Ryujin was standing there, soaked up and down. "Hey," she said, giving her a small smile.
Lia started running towards Ryujin, and hugged her tightly.
"Hey yourself! You made me worry, you didn't have to come." Lia said, her voice muffled by Ryujin's shoulder.
"My girlfriend, was feeling down. There's no way, I wouldn't come over to make her feel better." Ryujin said stroking Lia's hair soothingly.
Lia looked up to Ryujin.The rain soaked them to the bone, but they didn't notice. All they could focus on was each other.
They kissed passionately, their love for each other clear in every touch.
They were lost in their love, and nothing else mattered.
"I'm glad you came." Lia's eyes still closed.
"Of course, I told you, I'm always here for you, but we're gonna catch a cold if we stay outside much longer." Ryujin smiled, caressing Lia's face.
"I have an idea." Lia opened her eyes with a sly smile.
Lia suggested they take a warm bath together. Which of course Ryujin happily agreed.
As they were both getting into the bathroom, Ryujin couldn't help but admire Lia's body. She had always found her to be incredibly attractive, but seeing her naked was a whole other level. She tried to keep her composure, but Lia could tell she was turned on.
Lia decided to take things into her own hands.
Lia immediately started running a hot bath, and Ryujin stood there, trying hard not to stare too much.
When the bath was ready, Lia held out a hand to Ryujin and allowed Lia to help her undress, and then they sank into the steaming water with a sigh.
Ryujin got in behind her, and Lia leaned back against her, feeling the heat of Ryujin's body seep into hers. They sat there in silence for a while.
Then Ryujin spoke, her voice low and husky in Lia's ear. "I'm glad you suggested this." she said. "It feels really good."
Lia blushed, but she didn't say anything. She was enjoying feeling Ryujin's body pressed against hers, and the sense of closeness that came with it.
Ryujin began to gently wash Lia's hair, and she leaned her head back and closed her eyes, feeling Ryujin's fingers massaging her scalp. It felt amazing, and she let out a soft moan.
Ryujin's hands paused for a moment, and Lia opened her eyes to see Ryujin looking with a heated gaze. "Did I hurt you?" She asked, looking concerned.
"No," she quickly replied. "It felt really good."
Ryujin smiled, and she resume washing Lia's hair. When she was done, she moved on to washing her body, and Lia felt her skin tingle as Ryujin's hands moved over her. It was an addicting sensation, and she found herself becoming aroused.
Ryujin must have sensed it, because she suddenly paused and said, "Do you want me to stop?"
"No," Lia replied, her voice breathless. "I want you to keep going."
Ryujin didn't need to be asked twice. She resumed washing Lia's body, but this time her hands were more insistent, and Lia could feel her desire building. She moaned softly as Ryujin's fingers brushed against her most sensitive areas, and then she gasped as Ryujin finally entered her.
They moved together, their bodies slick with water as they found their rhythm. Lia was soon lost in ecstasy, and she cried out as she reached her peak.
Ryujin knew Lia needed a release. So she let Lia collapse on her.
"Thank you" Lia said breathlessly.
"It’s okay, no need to thank me or say anything else. I will always be there for you. I'll come save you as much as you want. I'll make you fall for me even harder. Just share everything with me." Ryujin gave a loving smile.
They lay there together until the water started to cool, and then they got out and dried off.
They're now in bed, watching the raindrops slide down the window.
"I still think you're an idiot for rushing through the rain like that." Lia yawned, her eyes finally getting heavy.
"Yeah, well. I'm your idiot." Ryujin fixed their covers.
Ryujin made sure Lia was tucked in comfortably before joining her in dreamland.
Lia curled up, feeling grateful that she had Ryujin in her life. Ryujin always knew how to make her feel better. Lia drifted off to sleep, feeling calm and relaxed for the first time in days.
