Lia had just returned from Christmas vacation and had indulged in a few treats, resulting in her gaining a pound. With a lineup of performances just around the corner, Lia made the resolution to get back in shape, and so she went to the gym determined to lose the excess weight.
But, try as she might, Lia couldn't seem to focus on her workout. Her mind was still in vacation mode.
Ryujin couldn't help but smile as she entered the gym. Her eyes roamed over Lia's body, taking in every minuscule detail. Feeling her heart race as Lia's body glistened with sweat, Lia's neck was particularly fascinating, with an intriguing vein that seemed to pulse with life.
Lia was about to do another set of squats, when she felt a presence behind her.
Experiencing an unexpected flutter in her heart at the sight of Ryujin and before she could even register it, Ryujin opened her mouth and uttered the words, "So sexy". Lia's face instantly turned red and her breath hitched.
"W-What?"
Ryujin looked at Lia with admiration and said, "That little vein on your neck, that shows up when you hit a high note. I'll never get tired of seeing that. It just looks so sexy."
Lia blushed at the comment, unsure of what to do.
"Uhm, thanks. I guess."
"So what are you doing here this early?" Ryujin tries to act casual looking around, but still stealing glances at Lia.
"Just trying to shed of this extra pound. I guess I enjoyed eating too much over the holidays, and Yeji and I kept going on food dates."
The mention of going on a date with Yeji, made something in Ryujin's chest twitch, but she buries it.
"Ah. I see. Alright. Just don't over exert yourself." Ryujin had a final glance before leaving.
"Wait!"
"You need anything?" Ryujin looked back.
Lia, surprised at her own action, she stuttered, "C-can you help me workout?"
"Are you asking me because Yeji isn't available?"
Lia noticed the hint of bitterness in Ryujin's voice.
"What's that supposed to mean?"
"I don't know, you seem to be spending a lot of time together lately, I thought you'd be gym buddies by now."
Lia looked at her and smiled. She could tell Ryujin was jealous, but she didn't mind.
"Okay, if you're busy, maybe I'll just ask Yeji. I guess she could show me proper forms, guiding my body through-"
"What? No. I'll do it, I'll be your guide, you don't need to ask-"
"Ryujinie, I love you. You know that right?"
Ryujin felt herself melting from Lia's words.
She felt embarrassed for being so jealous.
"You look cute when you're sulking and jealous." Lia teased Ryujin.
There was no point denying. Lia knew her well. But another idea popped inside Ryujin's head.
"I don't know if you can keep up with my routine, though..." A smirk formed on Ryujin's face. "But I do know an activity we'll both enjoy that could help us lose calories without needing these fancy machines."
Lia was intrigued. "Go on.."
"All we need is some privacy, consent, and a bed preferably." Ryujin suggested, a sly smile on her face.
