i panted like i hadnt enough air in my lungs.

as i knocked out and killed multiple people—shocking, yes i know— my mind transferred to lucy multiple times. one could only hope she's safe.

its quite a miracle im not dead. yes, i do have some skill but not the best. its like something all of the sudden possessed me. an old warrior spirit.

we were running out of soldiers, unfortunately. we decided that it was our turn to fight, with sword or bow and arrow, out on the field.

and here we are now. edmund, not too far away from me also fighting. i had lost sight of susan and peter.

i took a spin trying to locate caspian, he wasnt that far away from me a couple of minutes ago. amongst everyone i could see him down about to be killed with a large and sharp pitchfork.

i started running behind the man with the object attempting to take him down. then the floor below me started to shake.

a huge root, a massive tree root, rose up from the ground and took the man into the deep depths of the underground. i was speechless and so was caspian.

"what was that?" i asked sort of loud to make sure he heard. he grabbed my hand and got up.

"im certain its aslan" he replied.

telmarine soldiers started to run back. they were starting to surrender! and when i looked to my left i saw why. trees, utter trees, were moving—no, not moving: WALKING!

walking with their roots acting as feet among the grass floor. we walked to peter, susan, and edmund who were just as amused and relieved as we were. this was aslan.

i looked over at edmund, remembering what he had said about trusting lucy.

he gazed at me, taking a double-look when he realized i was staring at him. his resting face turned content, giving me one of those dear smiles he carries.

"FOR NARNIA!!" was roared and we all ran after the telmarines, who at this point were running away from us and the fairytale creatures they all thought weren't real.

they were heading to the bridge they had built over the river. its so satisfying seeing your worst enemy so desperate to get away from you, fearing for their lives.

we went through the forest and the change was almost so obvious.

the trees were moving, they are breathing again.

the "swooshing" and water clashing was getting louder by the step and we knew we were close.

i was getting rather confused when the telmarine were stopping right behind where the bridge was starting. they're supposed to go over it, right?

i gasped when i saw who was at the other side of the river that i nearly dropped my sword.

on the other side stood lucy and aslan.

actual aslan. REAL LIFE ASLAN!

lucy smiled at us, wind going through her hair and aslan's. they both look majestic, right out of a movie.

"what are you doing? GO!" commanded one of the telmarine lords and so many hesitated, but of course no one dare not follow what your highness orders.

aslan and lucy took some steps forward and my body tensed when aslan's calm face turned serious and angry. he positioned himself and roared. roared so loud that we all had to cover our ears.

sound waves traveled through my body and it tickled.

then from the river, water and more water started levitating until it had this form of a man—made out of water.

everyone was in shock.

the water man, as elegant as he looked, was very angry. he drowned every telmarine that tried to pass, which was many. the "lord" that had actually killed miraz tried to cross the bridge but the giant body of water didnt permit so.

he picked up the man along with the entire bridge and just made him disappear into the water. it was as if he had "ate" him quite literally.

we all turned around and covered ourselves from the great amounts of water splashing.

when i turned back to see lucy and aslan, aslan was looking at me with a smile. a proud smile.

he gently bowed at me at a distance and i did the same, smiling ear to ear.

i looked back at edmund who was by my side this whole time. his hair was wet and he had a small cut on his lip. tiny droplets of water covered his face and i found myself lost in his gaze when he smiled at me.

i reached over to one of my pockets and took out the handkerchief with the dandelion on it.

his face lit up at the sight of it in my hands.
