Despite being well trained with the scythe mode, Y/N rarely uses it. He tends to rely mostly on the sword and sniper rifle modes.
Background: He was the result of a drunken night between Summer and Qrow. But when he was born, they both raised him as best as they could. With Qrow's misfortune semblance, they all thought that raising Y/N would be hard. But for some unknown reason, Y/N has never been affected by Qrow's misfortune. So Qrow raised Y/N, with some help from Summer and Taiyang. When Y/N turned 15, he went with Qrow on some missions. But once he turned 17, Qrow sent him on his way to Beacon Academy. He's spent so much time with Ruby and Yang, that he considers them both as his sisters, even though Yang is technically his cousin.
