ophelia sat back, listening to emma as she took the lead, explaining the plan to get henry back, pointing at the poorly drawn map on the floor with a stick.

"according to, uh..." emma trailed off.

tinker bell noticed her hesitation, assuming it was for an entirely different reason. "tinker bell."

"yes, i know. still weird to say."

"tink is fine," she countered.

"we can call you tink?" ophelia asked.

"it's not the sticks you need to worry about. it's the poison they're dipped in," tink warned.

ophelia spoke up, dragging a smaller stick she had found across the dirt, drawing an awful imitation of the scene around her. "dreamshade. hook warned us."

"good. because one nick, and you'll spend the last of—" tinker bell began.

"poison sticks equal death. we got it. now when can we put this rescue mission into action?" david interrupted.

ophelia faltered, frowning, as her eyes flickered up to david, who was acting strangely. she tilted her head as hook and david made eye contact.

they were hiding something.

hook realised they were being watched, and was quick to glance away.

the conversation continued around her as she narrowed her eyes. she only looked back at her shitty dirt art when tinker bell asked about their exit plan.

their exit plan that definitely did not exist.

ophelia could have seen tinker bell's quick refusal to help and even quicker exit.

"well, that went well," ophelia muttered. "can't say i'm sad about tamara and greg."

david turned to hook, who was watching ophelia. "what about you, hook? you got off this island before."

his eyes dragged away from her, finally taking in the others, who were all waiting for his reply. everyone was looking at him. everyone but who he wanted to. "yes, aboard my ship, which would require some form of magic to create a portal, which... i got from pan in a deal i don't think he's ready to repeat."

"so, no one's ever left the island without pan's permission," regina huffed.

"one man. her partner in crime neal," hook told, nodding towards emma.

emma shifted. "how?"

"maybe we can find out."

everyone grabbed their things, getting ready to leave. hook moved towards ophelia once more, holding out a hand to help her up. she took it, brushing herself off. she stared at the ground,
