Mary was walking through the corridors to her first class.

Mary was wearing a slytherin headband, her robes, a white shirt with her tie and her green plaid skirt.

Her next class was muggle studies.

It went by fairly quickly.

Her next class was potions. She walked in. One seat was left. Next to Ace

She sat down. She gave a save me look to Diana as Diana sat next to Marcus Flint. They had to sit boy girl this year.

"Well you look happy to see me" Adrian smirked. "Couldn't be happier!" Mary told him sarcastically.

"Silent class." Snape said as he walked in.

After potions, Mary made her way to defense against the dark hearts.

She sat down. Neville Longbottom sat with her. Mary smiled at him.

Neville was a kind and sweet boy. He was always left out of everything. People wouldn't listen to him when he'd talk.

"OI!" Professor moody bursted in.

He began to go on about why he was here an no questions.

Mary rolled her eyes. "Now! Can somebody tell me one of the unforgivable curse?!" He asked. Mary turned furrowing her eyebrows.

"Well...erm there's the imperius curse.." Ron Weasley said.

"Correct!"
"Imperio!" He said to the creature.

He made it fly across the class room. Onto people. Adrian raised an eyebrow sitting next to Marcus flint.

Cedric was sitting beside his friend Tadd.

"Should I make it drown itself?!" The professor said. Their eyes widened.

"Longbottom! What's another curse! Professor sprout tells me you've got something for herbology!"

"Well..there's the Cruciatus curse.." Neville said quietly. "Correct!" Mad eye said.

"Come, come" he told Neville.

"Crucio!"

Now the creature was whining. Neville looked like he was gonna cry.

It went on for another minute. "Stop!" Mary called standing up seeing Neville about to drop a tear. "Stop it!" Hermione granger added.

"Stop! Cant you see it's bothering him! Stop!" Mary yelled again. Professor moody stopped. "Back to your seat"

"Ms.Miller, can you tell me the last curse..?" Mad eye asked. Mary shook her head no. "Hmm.. avada kedevra!" He yelled. Mary gasped. He killed the creature on the book infront of her.

"Class dismissed.." mad eye finally said. Mary stood up.

Adrian was staring at her. The curses always reminded her of her brother. Adrian knew that.

"Are you alright?" Adrian asked going up to her while she was putting away her books. "I'm fine." Mary spat as she picked up her bag.

"I'm not gonna cry? I don't need somebody to walk me to my next class, idiot" Mary told Adrian rolling her eyes.

"Whatever. I'm going to transfiguration. I'll see you" Adrian said walking away.

Mary scoffed. "Hey, Mary." A voice said. "Cedric, hey." Mary smiled at the dirty blonde.

"Mind I walk with you to Astronomy?" Cedric asked kindly. "Yes I do mind." "Oh.." "I'm joking, hufflepuff. Of course not." Mary said.

As they walked up the Astronomy tower they could hear voices above now.

"So, they're picking wizards for the championship tonight." Mary began to start a conversation. "Yup!" Cedric said sort of nervously.

"You alright?" Mary asked him. "Of course not, I don't even know what they are, my friends sort of pushed me into it.." Cedric began.

"I see.."

After class, they hadn't talked since. Mary was walking through the halls with Diana.

"Sup, baby." A boy said coming on Mary clearly wasted wearing a quidditch uniform.

"Ew! Get off of me!" Mary said shoving the boy off. Diana looked at him disgusted as he fell from Mary's push.

"Ugh as if!" Mary rolled her eyes. They walked into the library to make copies of the newspaper.

"Mary, McLaggen won't stop staring, he's sort of biting his spoon, actually." Diana whispered. Mary turned. Ew!

He was reading. Quidditch of the ages. Every single boy who's a snob reads that book.

Including, McLaggen, Adrian Pucey, Marcus Flint, Blaise Zabini, Oliver Wood, Cassius warrington, Adam hall, the list can go on.

Mary smiled and waved at the boy. He winked. Then she flipped him off.

Then hermione walked in. "Hello Mary and Diana" hermione said smiling. They smiled back and greeted her.

Then Ace walked in. They all sat at a table. "So what was it? Or who was it?" Diana asked hermione. "Ron's been a total ass this year." Hermione spoke.

She began to say everything about how he's so oblivious as the three listened.

Then Harry Potter and Ron walked in.

"What are you doing sitting with the snakes?!" Ron asked. Mary shot him glare. Harry was staring down Diana.

Harry hated the malfoys. But he had no reason to hate Diana.

"Snakes?!" Mary raised her voice standing up. "Is something happening here..?" A calm voice said.

"Yes actually-" Mary began. "I'm sorry I was asking Harry." Dumbledore said.

Mary scoffed. "Are they bothering you?" Dumbledore asked. "No sir we were just searching for hermione." Harry told the truth.

"Don't lie Harry, it's alright. Ms.Miller detention." Dumbledore spoke. "For what?!" Mary asked frustrated.

"Raising your voice at lower years." Dumbledore spoke. "That's totally barbaric!" Mary argued.

"Sir, she didn't-" Harry tried to defend. "No! You know what. This is crazy! This just proves how much you favor gryffindors!" Mary spat.

"Silence! Return to your room. No detention then." Dumbledore said. Mary scoffed.

Mary clicked her pen as she finished. It was now 2 am. She had been working on it since Dumbledore favored the gryffindors.
