The Nightmare

☬ Chapter Thirty-Two: Death and All His Friends pt. 2 ☬

          Hunnigan wipes away the hairs covering Bug's eyes, she grabs his cheeks as her tears fall onto his face. Hunnigan's body begins to shake as tries talking to him and he doesn't respond. 

''Bug, c'mon, you can't do this to me. You can't just leave me. Not like this. Not like this Bug.'' Hunnigan cries out for him. She lays her head back down on his chest, ''You're gonna be fine. You're gonna be fine.'' She softly says to him as she continues to try to stop the bleeding. 

        Jill, Nereyda, Sebastian and Jackson watch in horror as they see Hunnigan towering over Bug's body, holding onto his closely. A tear slides down the side of Jill's face as she hears Hunnigan cry out in pain and regret. 

''You didn't deserve this.'' 

          Miles steps back as it suddenly dawns on him what he's done, he watches in disbelief as Hunnigan continues to cry over him. He looks down at the claw and sees Bugs blood covered on it. He steps back as the others huddle around each other to regroup. He wipes off the blood with his hand and licks it in front of everyone's face. Sebastian and Nereyda gasp at the Miles' sudden action, watching in utter shock as Miles licks his lips with some blood still smeared around them.

''Hunnigan, you have to get up.'' Jill says to her as she gets into a defensive position, Sebastian puts a hand on Hunnigan's shoulder. She shoves his hand off of her. 

''I don't want to move! I want to stay here with Bug! I can't do it, not without him!'' Hunnigan cries out as she raises her head and lowers it back down on him. 

''Listen to me! You need to get up, Bug wouldn't want you to just sit their and mourn when we have a mission to finish. A mission that depends on all of us succeeding because if we fail, we all die. And Bug's death will be in vein. His sacrifice will be in vein!'' Jill cries out as she tries to hold back the tears and sadness. Hunnigan begins gasping for air as she slowly stands up with the help of Sebastian. Hunnigan looks down at Bug once more before looking straight up at Miles. 

           Nereyda sniffles a few times before she looks up at Miles, glaring at him. 

''We finish this now, for Bug.'' Hunnigan says through clenched teeth. 

        Chris and Cybil pin Ada down to the ground, Heather reaches around Chris and takes the shot from his pocket. Heather looks at it and sees the blood swooshing around in it. Ada looks around her surrounding's for a weapon to use, but doesn't see anything. She looks down at her legs and sees Cybils arm holding her down. She looks over her and sees Chris holding her wrists down. 

            Ada continues fighting against them, but fails. Heather sees a spot on Ada to inject her in and moves in closer to give her the shot of blood. 

''Don't fight it, Ada. Just let us help you!'' Cybil cries out as she holds down Ada's legs, while she continues kicking around. 

''You killed Rebecca Chambers back in Silent Hill. You killed her and yet you still don't feel sorry about doing it. How did it feel? Did it do wonders for you Officer Bennet?'' Ada curiously ask's her, Cybil gulps loudly as she steps back from the desk, letting go of her legs. 

        Ada kicks the vile out of Heather's hand and then wraps her legs around Chris' head, she twists and sends Chris spinning around and hitting the ground. Ada stands up on the table and leaps off of it. She kicks Cybil in the chest with both her feet sending her soaring back. She gasps as she feels a sudden burning sensation in her chest. Chris and Heather's mouth drop as they see Cybil hanging from a piece of the metal chandelier, blood dripping down the metal and onto the ground forming a pool below her. She smiles as she coughs up blood.
