The Nightmare

☬ Chapter Eight: Time Again ☬

       Ada walks into her bedroom and closes the door behind her, leaning back on the door, she begins sniffling as thoughts of Leon continue pouring into her mind. Her body begins to shake uncontrollably as she fights to urge to scream and cry. Sliding down onto the ground, Ada wipes away the tears in her eyes, staring straight ahead out the windows she see's the sun shining down with little clouds in the sky. Pulling out her cellphone from her pocket she scans through her contacts. 

      After she find's Kendra's number, she stares at the number before setting the phone down on the ground beside her. "Dammit, what the hell was I thinking? I've done everything I told myself I wouldn't do. I'm risking everything by doing this. We could all get killed for this, yet, I don't regret the decision I made." Ada sighs as she stands up and walks over to the window. Glancing out the window she sees bird's flying overhead towards the sunset. After a few minutes of thinking to herself, Ada steps away from the window and walks over to her phone. Picking it up off the ground she begins to dial Kendra's number. 

     A few moments pass before Kendra answers the call. "Hello, who is this?"

"Kendra, it's Ada, I have something that might interest you...." 

      Miles and Bug both widen their eyes in shock as they lean back in their seat. "You went through all of that in Silent Hill? Jesus Christ. That must've been well....Hell!" Miles exclaims as he shakes his head in disbelief. Heather nods her head in agreement, "It was Hell. Especially finding my father dead. To this day I never knew why he was even alive after all this time, it's one of the great mysteries I can't seem to solve. But none of that matter's now that he's gone. I've just gotta push on." Heather smirks as she also leans back in her seat. Nereyda lets out a sigh, "This all got really depressing really quickly." 

       Bug nods his head in agreement. 

"So these people you've contacted, what are they like? Who are they?" Miles curiously ask's as he squints at both Nereyda and Heather. They two think to themselves as they try to come up with a way to describe the others. 

"Well I've known Jackson since I was a teenager, before the second time I was in Silent Hill." Heather reminisces as she lightly smiles at the thought of him, "He's an oddball. Very blunt and such a gentlemen, and to make it better he's HOT as hell. He was a S.W.A.T. member for a few years before being selected to be apart of the Army Special Forces, he only did that for a year before he decided to quit and start living his life for him. He's been traveling for quit some time now. When I talked to him a few minutes ago, he said he was in Washington. We're gonna meet him at the airport in Colorado, hopefully." Heather smiles brightly as she stands up and begins stretching. 

      Bug looks over to Nereyda and raises and eye brow at her, "What about this Hunnigan gal? What's she like?" 

"Hunnigan is a very classy, intelligent, beautiful woman. She's always been there for us when we needed her. She's currently working for F.O.S. which means Field Operations Support. She's gonna be working with us on researching everything we need to know about the location. She's also gonna be handling the tech stuff."

        Bug slightly smiles, "She sound's like an incredible woman. I love a woman who know's how to work any sort of intense technology." Bug smiles to himself as he begins to daydream about Hunnigan. Heather and Nereyda chuckle as they see Bug begin to turn a bright shade of red. Miles quickly turns his head in the direction of the staircase to see Ada at the bottom watching them. Ada begins to walk towards them, she stops at the couch behind Heather. "Kendra's gonna meet us at the site." Ada begins to walk away, Miles calls out for her. 

"Wait!"

        Ada stops and turns around to face him, "What is it?"

        Miles gulps as he sees Ada's stern look, "Do you mind telling us a little bit about Kendra?"
