So, as you can probably tell, I've been going through severe writers block as of late. The past few oneshots have been......lacking, to say the least. I also apologize ahead of time if I miss any future weeks, as I have some things going on in my personal life. This chapter isn't the one I had scheduled for this week, but I needed a little more time to work on that one, so this is sort of filler until then.

Be that as it may, this story was inspired by Breakdown003's latest oneshot. In this chapter, the characters are Marvel characters. There is actually an amalgamation between a Marvel relationship, and Nesscas. It's also a bit shorter, but I still hope you enjoy!

It's not everyday that I'm pinned down behind a wall, while a machine organism designed only for killing is trying to.....well, kill me. I stay ducked, only occasionally raising my head to throw some hex bolts MODOK's way. Usually MODOK and his overly large head would be no problem, but MODOK is being extra difficult today, having more AIM agents at his side than usual. I guess magic won't be enough this time.....luckily, that's not all we have. I feel a fast breeze hit me, and immediately know who it is. My dearest brother Claus, otherwise known as Speed.

I smirk, and knowing Claus, he was smirking as well. I stand up from my cover to see a large white blur moving around the area, taking out the agents at lightning speed. I don't bother trying to help, because I know he's got this.

After a few more seconds, he runs back to me. "I heard you needed help," he stands at my side, a large smirk on his face, as expected.

I chuckle a little, and look towards MODOK. "Thanks. I'll take scrotum face, you search the building." Claus nods, and speeds off. Sometimes I forget how helpful he can actually be.

I slowly walk towards MODOK, whose floating in the air. MODOK started out as a program named ROB, but Aim did their thing, and turned him into a murder machine.

I walk towards him slowly, and see him press a few buttons on that floating chair of his. A few missiles fly at me, but I quickly dodge them. I start to levitate into the air, as MODOK does the same. I feel a gust of wind below me, as Claus runs back onto the scene. "I.....I couldn't find....couldn't find it," I hear a faint thud, as Claus sits against nearby wall.

"Out of breath?"

"Sh-.....Shut up.....this place is huge,"

I chuckle a little, as some energy begins to emanate around my hands. We can here for something, and wherever MODOK's hiding it, we're gonna find it. I stare him down, and my look becomes serious. "Let's cut the shit, where are you hiding it?" MODOK grows a shit-eating grin, as his laser visor thing glows.

He fires a large red laser at me, but not before I put up a shield. The laser just keeps coming, it won't let up. I put up my other hand, in order to reinforce my shield. I try to cast a spell to make MODOK stop, but due to the loudness of the laser, none of my spells work.

The laser then stops, followed by a loud crashing noise. I put down my shield, and look up to see what happened. MODOK is upside down on the ground, struggling to overturn himself. Standing over him is one of my closest friends, Ness, otherwise known as Hulking.

I smirk, and slowly descend back to the ground. Ness retracts his wings, and walks over to me. "Looks like you needed help," He says, a smile on his face. God....even in his Hulking form he still looks so great.

"Yeah....maybe because someone was too lazy," I glance over at Claus, who's still leaning against the wall. He slyly flips me off, and stands up. I look back at Ness. "That certain someone also couldn't find the staff."
