Heist For The Ages

"Come along now," Chrom said. The class was on a field trip to Smash Tower, a huge tower owned by a multi-billionaire. The tower was easily 100 floors tall, and all the glass on the outside was tinted black. Ness, Lucas, Claus, and Ninten had a plan. A plan so impossible that you had a better chance of finding green pigs that can breath fire.

Ness and Lucas were in the back of the group, fooling around. "aHEM," Chrom cleared his throat and glared at glared at them. Ness and Lucas immediately straightened up and gave nervous chuckles.

"Now, we were very lucky to get a tour for our class. Mr. Mario doesn't usually let many outsiders into the tower. So. I don't want any trouble. Got it?" The entire class nodded unanimously. "So. You'll each get a partner that you have to stick with the entire day," The class started to whisper and converse trying to find a partner. Ness and Lucas Looked at each other and nodded. Chrom waved his finger. "Ah ah ah, I've already chosen the partners," The entire class groaned, but Lucas' groan seemed extra load. Chrom gave a confused look, before looking back to his list. "Alright now for your partners. Villager and Toon Link..........Claus and Ninten.............Mega Man and Young Link...............and finally, Ness and Lucas," Ness and Lucas both fist bumped the air, then each other. "Yessssss," They whispered, before Chrom hurried everyone into the building.

The lobby was quite small, only consisting of a few doors, desks, and one central elevator. Ness and Lucas leaned against a wall while Chrom talked to a clerk. A door, that was slightly hidden, opened behind Lucas. Lucas jumped off the wall and partially into Ness' arms. Ness chuckled a little and once Lucas realized what had happened, he pushed off Ness and grew a blush. 

The person who emerged from the door was Luigi, "Hello kids, I'll be your tour guide for the day. Follow me to the elevator," Luigi headed for the elevator. "Alright kids, be back here by 3:30. Don't be late, otherwise we will leave without you," Chrom said as the kids headed to the elevator.

The elevator was quite big, industrial size, so all he kids fit in easy. Luigi clicked the floor 100 button and the doors closed. Ness started to look around the elevator, looking for something. "Ow," Lucas whispered. Ness looked down, and realized that he had accidentally stepped on Lucas' foot.  "S-Sorry," Ness uttered as he grew a worried face. "It's fine, don't worry," Lucas said putting his hands up. Before Ness could respond the doors opened on the hundredth floor. The doors opened and the kids started to walk out, but just as fast, Luigi stopped them. "That is Mario's office," he whispered "no one is allowed up without his permission. I'm doing you all a big favor by being here," Luigi seemed to look around worryingly. "We should go," he said before shuffling the kids back into the elevator. "Alright so each of you will be going to a certain floor. 2 pairs per floor," Luigi said as he  pressed a button on the elevator, "Now, on the 72nd floor we have Ness, Lucas, Claus, and Ninten," All 4 boys smiled at each other. Their plan was coming together.

As soon as the doors opened on the elevator, the boys rushed out immediately. Luigi opened his mouth to say something, but decided not to. The boys rushed into an old meeting room that was undergoing renovations.

"You ready?" Claus asked Lucas with a smirk. "Hell yeah!" He responded enthusiastically. The boys all went to separate corners of the room to get changed. Ness got done first, and felt his eyes slightly wandering over to Lucas changing.

The fuck am I doing?

Everyone was around the table in their outfit. Ness was wearing a navy blue suit and black gloves. Claus was was wearing a black pea coat, orange pants, and white gloves. Ninten was wearing a a black leather jacket, jeans, and had his signature hat on. Lucas was wearing a black trenchcoat  and yellow gloves. Each one of them had a pin of the earth over their heart.
