The Legend of the Lake

The man lead Tenzou, Youko, Asuma and Hitoshi into a room. The room had white walls with wooden planks on the ceiling. There was a bed, a closet and a desk with paper and pens.

"Why didn't you want to tell us in the restaurant?!" Hitoshi said, sounding irritated.

"It's not something people want to talk about. Rumors go around anyone who talks about it, will be arrested."

"Why?" Youko asked.

"Dunno." the man replied. "Who are you anyway? You seem like shinobi to me."

"We're from the Hidden Leaf and the Hidden Mist." Asuma replied.

"The Hidden villages, huh?" the man said. "Do you mind telling me your names? Mine is Akio."

"We prefer to stay anonymous." Youko said. "But it's nice to meet you, Akio."

Akio sighed. "I understand. I couldn't expect differently from shinobi. I'll tell you the story."

Story (what Akio is telling)

A long time ago, a beast appeared near the village. He was hiding in the lake, eating the fish. After a long time, a lot of fish was taken away by fishermen. The beast started to get hungry, and started to attack innocent human.

This beast is called 'the Legendary Lake Monster'. Many people tried to kill the monster, seeing it as a threat to the villages. All those people came from the island nearby. When the monster found out about it, he turned his anger towards the island. It killed many, but for most villagers, it's existing stayed a legend, a myth. No one wanted to believe there was a monster who killed villagers. After a year, the killing stopped and everyone was relieved. Rumors went around that the beast was killed by the bravest men in the village, who died doing it. It stayed calm for many years, but during years of trouble, it happened again. This time, it was worse than before. It were the village's darkest days.

The beast had killed off every villager and the village was destroyed by a giant flood.

Ten years later, a group of rich people came to the village. They build a village near the destroyed one and lived there. They were warned not to do something to make the legendary monster angry, but they didn't listen. They didn't believe the stories and started to fish more than anyone has ever done before. This drove the monster angry and it started to attack and kill again.

"That was ten years ago." Akio finished his story.

"Why didn't they just leave?!" Hitoshi scolded. "Are they stupid ot something like that?!"

"They aren't stupid." Akio replied calmly. "People have tried, but those who live in the village die when crossing the lake."

"What happens to them?" Youko asked.

"They get killed by the monster. Or so they say. In most cases, all they find are ripped clothing and destroyed boats."

On the island

"It seems deserted..." Kazuo muttered. Suddenly, they see a bird carrying a piece of paper.

"Seems like Tenzou-sensei, Youko-san and Asuma-sensei have gathered information."

Kakashi read what was on the paper. "They say they heard a story about a monster in this lake." Kakashi said. "It's not much and it has never been proofed, but it's better than nothing."

"Hinata, Neji, we need to know or there are people here." Kurenai said.

"Hai!" Hinata and Neji replied. They activated their Byakugan and looked around.

"There!" Hinata said while pointing in the distance.

"Judging from their chakra, they're shinobi." Neji added.

'Let's just hope they aren't enemies...' Ayame thought.

Apparently, they were enemies. They attacked them with ninjutsu. "Konoha isn't getting a new demon." one of them said. "They're already powerful enough."

'Interesting, we should make them tell more.' Kazuo thought.

"We know nothing about what's in that lake. Care to tell us?" Kurenai said.

The man shook his head. "Liars!" he yelled. "You know that pretty damn well!"

The two men suddenly made a whistle sound. Neji activated his Byakugan immediately. "More of them coming." he said.

"How many?" Gai asked him.

"At least twenty." Neji replied.

"That's not good. Then we're definitely outnumbered..." Ayame muttered.

"Don't worry!" Naruto yelled. "We can take these guys easily, believe it!"

"What a drag... more enemies..." Shikamaru muttered.

The twenty men now stood in a row behind the two men who confronted the shinobi from the mist, sand and leaf. "Kill them all!" the man in the front yelled.

The men ran towards them and pulled out kunai. "Who do we kill first?" one of the men - who were attacking Ayame, Kazuo and Kazuki - asked another one.

"How about that girl? She seems like an easy target to me." the other replied. When the kunai hit Ayame, her body disappeared in smoke. 'Shadow clone?' the man thought.

"Didn't you see it coming?" he heard a voice behind him. "My my, you're not very lucky to run into the three if us." She made handsigns and more shadow clones appeared.

"Earth style, pillars of death!" Kazuki exlaimed and pillars came out of the ground, hitting one of their attackers. The other one avoided being hit ans ran towards Ayame while making handsigns. He was surprised to see that Ayame was doing the exact same handsigns at the exact same time.

"What?! How is this possible?!" he exlaimed before being being hit by the jutsu he wanted to use against Ayame.

Another enemy wanted to attack Kazuo, but Kazuo blocked his attack with a kunai. "Don't underestimate us." he told his attacker. "We might be young, but we're not stupid."

The man sighed and disappeared in smoke. 'I barely made it, I should analyze their skills first before I attack again...' he thought.

More men attacked them, which caused them a lot of trouble. "It's like they keep coming from nowhere!" Kazuo said while fighting them with Kazuki and Ayame.

"If it keeps going like this with everyone, I would love reinforcements..." Ayame muttered.

Everyone else had trouble with their enemies, they just kept coming, like fruit flies.

Heey peoplezz!

First update on my new phone! I know, short, but I wanted to update even though I stayed with a friend for two days, so I didn't use my phone at all.

The question: Any Kuroshitsuji fans out here? I love it!
