Introductions and a cat

Kazuki's pov:

The Hokage smiled at the three of us. "So you want to become genin again?" he asked.

We all nodded heavily. "HELL YEAH!" I yelled. "I'M GONNA BECOME THE BEST SHINOBI EVER!"

Ayame and Kazuo sighed. "We may be twins, but we're definitely not alike in most ways." Kazuo told me. "Just relax, okay?"

"We'll see. You'll have to go through the same test as the other genin. And then you'll need a sensei. I heard your previous sensei isn't around anymore."

I smirked. "No problem!" I exclaimed. "I can do anything!"

"Don't get too confident." Ayame said. "You can't be good at everything."

I shook my head. "So what is it, old man?"

"The clone jutsu." a man next to the Hokage said. He had a scar on his nose. "Create three clones."

Ayame went first. She created three clones of herself and got a headband.

Then it was Kazuo's turn. He also created three clones and got a headband too.

I was at last. I focussed as hard as I could and barely created three clones. I sighed in releave when they held up a headband.

We all wore our headbands on our forehead. "So, who's gonna be our sensei?" I asked.

"I'll tell you tomorrow." the Hokage replied. "You may go now."

We nodded. "But where are we going to stay?" Kazuo asked.

"Kakashi?" the Hokage said.

Kakashi nodded. "You can stay with me and Ayame for a while.

"AWESOME!" I yelled and I felt a hand on my shoulder. It was Ayame's hand.

"You better not keep me awake at night." she whispered in my ear.

We left the Hokage's office and went to Kakashi's house.

Kazuo's pov

The next morning, we went to the Hokage's office again. Kazuki couldn't stop talking about his expectations of our sensei.

"I hope we get someone really awesome!" he exlaimed.

"Calm down, Kazuki." Ayame replied. "Where do you get your energy from, anyway?" She sounded really sleepy. Kazuki kept us awake until 2 AM and now it was 7 AM.

Yup, Ayame needs at least 7 hours of sleep to handle my brother. "Don't worry." I told her. "I'll make sure he doesn't act so hyper."

She sighed. "Thank you, Kazuo. If you weren't here..." she murmured.

We arrived at the office and saw the Hokage sitting at his desk. "Who is it? Who is it? TELL ME WHO'S OUR SENSEI?!" he yelled in excitement.

I walked up to him and pushed him back. "Calm down Kazuki." I said. "Or else Ayame can't handle you since you didn't let her sleep long enough."

Ayame shook her head. "I should be fine this afternoon." she murmured. "But seriously, who's our sensei?"

The door opened behind us. We turned around and looked at a man with the typical jounin wear and brown hair. "My name is Tenzou. I'm going to be your sensei from now on."

Ayame's pov:

We sit down on the training ground. "Let's start with introductions, shall we?" Tenzou said.

Kazuki raised his hand. "ME FIRST! ME FIRST!" he yelled.

"Go ahead." Tenzou replied.

"My name is Kazuki Hayashi. I love training, pranking and hanging out with my friends. I love ramen and dango's and I hate people who judge people on their looks!" he said happily. Well, yelled. "My dream is to become a great shinobi to protect my friends and to be respected by everyone!"

Tenzou nodded and pointed at Kazuo. "Your turn." he said.

Kazuo nodded. "My name is Kazuo Hayashi. I like to play Shoji, training and daydreaming. I like animals, clouds and I don't like bossy people and doing unnecessary things. My dream for the future is to be able to protect my friends and family." he said.

"Last, but not least." Tenzou said while he was pointing at me.

"My name is Ayame Hatake. My hobbies are training and cloudwatching. I like weapons, especially twin blades. And I like dogs. I don't like hyper people if I didn't get enough sleep." I stared at Kazuki. "I also don't like people who judge people on rumours and some more stuff. My goal is to become a strong shinobi like my father."

Tenzou nodded. "I was told that the three of you technically already were genin, so I guess we'll have to get a mission."

We ended up rescuing a cat and bring it to its master. In my opinion, we didn't really 'rescue' the cat, we just brought back its misery. We sweatdropped at the hug the client gave the cat. "I kinda feel sorry for the cat." Kazuo murmured. "And I don't even like cats."

We had to do a few more D-ranks beore heading home. The Hokage had found a place for Kazuki and Kazuo, since my house wasn't that big. They could stay with Gai-sensei.

When I came home, I saw that my dad wasn't home yet. I decided to get to bed early, because I was really tired. Let's just say Kazuki made a few clients angry at us, so we had to run a lot, and of course my sleepless night of yesterday. I took a shower, put on my pajamas and jumped on my bed. I closed my eyes and instantly fell asleep.
