Echo (yes I know- finally posting a starter for him-) was laying on his stomach, propping himself up with his elbows as he draws on a piece of paper while humming to himself with a smile on his face. His tail was letting off small sparks of electricity every few seconds.
He then felt like he was going to sneeze so he quickly sat up before letting out a small sneeze...... which caused him to suddenly teleport to multiple places in the room before abruptly stopping a few feet about the ground and falling to the floor as his tail let out a larger spark of electricity. That caused all the lights in to the room to shut off as the entire room went dark.
Echo then started to glow and produce light from different parts of his body as he shakily pushes himself up off the ground. So he sort of looked like a humanoid disco ball-
