Leanna was rather gloomy today.
And of course, Neko noticed. Neko walked over, "Hey... Did something happen...?" Neko asks softly.
Leanna looks up at her. "Mm... Not really it's just that recently some news reporters where swarming my parents... And one asked if I had an amazing quirk just like my parents.... But then my parents just quickly changed the subject...They seem to think that I don't have a quirk..." She mumbles before standing up. "But I do have a quirk-! I know I do-! It just... hasn't shown any signs yet....." Leanna says, going quiet near the end.
Neko gently hugs the girl. "It made you feel unwanted right...?" Neko asks softly.
Leanna nods her head, yes before hugging back.
"I understand the feeling... It hurts. But... then there are people who will be there to help you... sometimes you just got to gain some courage and reach out." Neko says softly to her while holding her close. "I bet your quirk is taking a while, because it's something super amazing... which can take time..."
