"Who would top VK-? Like-who'd actually be able too-?" VN asks.

"I really wonder why you guys are having this conversation in my restaurant while eating. It's rather concerning." Mirage mumbles as he sets their food orders down at the table.

Ace, YL, VN, Vex. Killin, and Gryphon where all sharing a table.

VN leans back in her seat. "Look someone needs to put that so called Nightmare King in his place. Or at least lower his ego, damn." VN mutters, closing her eyes.

"But who?" Killin asks.

"We need someone who can put up with VK's attitude ... Someone who isn't YL because there is no way in hell YL would be able to top him.

"I- oh shut up-" YL growls.

"Not even I can't top VK... He'd take advantage of my tail, wings, and horns. He'd also manipulate my emotions and feelings too." Ace explains. "But yeah YL has no chance at all."

"I- wtf! I have a chance! I have as good of a chance as you guys!" YL exclaims, his eyes glowing.

Mirage happened to be nearby as he goes over and pats YL on the head. "Sure you do.." He says quietly.

VN watched the interaction between YL and Mirage before something suddenly clicked in her head. "Mirage... You'd be able to."

Mirage looked over confused. "I beg your pardon-...?"

"You'd be able to top VK right-?" VN asks, her tail swaying curiously.

Mirage stayed quiet, not sure how to respond. "I would assume so...." He mumbles, not knowing what to say.

Vex was busy eats some shredded pork, his sharp canine teeth easily sunk into it. His ears lowered slightly out of discomfort.

Mirage noticed, "Would you like something more rough and chewy-?" He asks.

Vex's black fluffy wolf tail visibly started to wag at that. "If it's not too much trouble then yes, I would like that." Vex responds.

VN looked at the two. "So either Vex or Mirage...." VN mumbles.

Vex became utterly confused. "Wha-? Just because I can most likely top him doesn't mean I will. I refuse to be associated with that Nightmare King."
