It was a fresh Monday morning. The summery breeze blew in through the windows of the group's house, with the pleasant sunlight illuminating the room. 

Everyone, including Jieun, was gathered in the living room, murmuring amongst themselves. Chaeyoung and Jimin had an announcement to make.

"Well," Chaeyoung cleared her throat nervously. "I'm sure you've all noticed we've been together for a while now-"

Lisa snorted and Chaeyoung shot her a glare.

"...and we've been meaning to tell you something." Jimin wrapped an arm around his girlfriend and took a deep breath. "Chaeng is pregnant."

"What the fuck." Hobi blurted out. Everyone else sat paralyzed. Jungkook had his blank face on.

"We're really sorry, I know this will affect everyone. We made a big mistake," Chaeyoung mumbled.

"Mistake? Are you calling your baby a mistake?" Jennie raised her voice, upset. "You know what is a mistake? That you two have made up and everything but  you still haven't told the companies about the whole fight with Joy."

"Jennie's right," Namjoon intervened. "From what you've told us, she's really gone crazy. She's dangerous, you've heard stories of people in this industry yourself. You need to take care of her now, or she'll become a threat to all of us, but most importantly, the kid."

Jungkook sighed. Lisa glanced and patted his back, knowing how he felt about Joy.

"Listen," Jieun spoke up. "Jimin, Chaeyoung, I haven't been close with either of  you for very long, but don't feel guilty about this. I know I'm the least affected of all of us here, but I'm sure we will make it through the problems and the baby will grow up happy and healthy, with lots of aunts and uncles."

"Thank you," Chaeyoung mouthed at her, feeling tears welling up. 

"Aw," Jisoo cooed, moving to give her a hug. "Unnie is right. This baby will be a blessing no matter what."

"And we couldn't be happier for both of you," Jin added, locking gazes with Jimin before teasing him. "Who told you you could grow up so quick?"

"Jimin's gonna be a dad," Taehyung sang loudly, Jungkook joining in. Yoongi chuckled quietly.

"A great one. Congrats, Jimin."

There was a general rumble as everyone congratulated the couple, still slightly in shock. 

"Tomorrow, we talk to the companies, and we'll be there with you for every step," Jisoo nodded in Chaeyoung and Jimin's direction. "But for now, let's celebrate!" She screamed, jumping up and down in excitement. "Out to the pool, everyone! Food's coming shortly."

Laughing, everyone followed noisily, still crowding around Chaeyoung and Jimin, teasing and asking questions.

"My sis got laid!" Lisa shrieked dramatically. "And she never even told me!"

"That's what you're focusing on?" Chaeyoung asked incredulously, cheeks tinted pink. 

Meanwhile, in the kitchen, Jin and Jisoo were busy making lunch. They moved easily as they worked, as if they had cooked together their whole lives.

"I can't believe they're having a baby."

"Yeah," Jisoo murmured, shocked. "I'm just scared about the fans. What if they hurt them or the baby? Or what if the companies don't let them live together? And what if then the baby lives alone and isn't raised well? Wait..." Jisoo set down the knife she was using to chop vegetables on the counter and rested against the wall, panicking slightly. 

"Soo-ah. Stop. We won't let that happen." Jin held her comfortingly. "Don't worry about that stuff. The kid will have a great childhood with all of us."

"Are you sure?" Jisoo looked up at him like a child. "I'm worried for Chaeng and Jimin."

"They'll be amazing parents, and you will be an amazing aunt. So stop panicking and making up scenarios in your head." Jin tucked her hair behind her ear and booped her nose. Jisoo glared at him.

"I'm just being realistic," she responded, a little more calm by then.

"Well...don't." Jin kissed her forehead softly. She smiled.

"Jinnie?"

"Hm?"

"Have I told you that I love you?"

"Yeah."

Jisoo frowned and smacked him across the chest.

"You're supposed to say it back, bitch."

"Why? You already know." Jin chuckled and she pouted.

"Fine. Jisoo, I will always love you even though you're annoying."

"Hey!"

Jin silenced her with a kiss.

"Kim Jisoo, I love you and you're the most important person in my life. Happy?"

Jisoo blushed furiously and looked away. 

"Stop being so mushy!" She squealed.

Jin sighed and chuckled.

Yup. He was in love.
