we all need a little sweetener in our lives :) so why not?

(you can do whatever you want, but the song isn't meant to be played while you read lol)

"Hi, everyone," Ji-eun smiled politely at them, looking a little uncomfortable with the stares.

There was a brief pause and suddenly everyone was bowing and greeting her in awe.  Rosé waved at her shyly and the singer laughed and waved back.

Am I dreaming?  The girl thought to herself, starstruck. All she wanted to do was go up to her senior and tell her how much she looked up to her and loved her music, but she stayed rooted next to Jimin, nervous.

Ji-eun spotted Jungkook and smiled at him. He bowed at her and she reciprocated, nodding gracefully.

Lisa tried not to look too much at them. She knew of Jungkook's affection for IU, and tried to ignore the sting in her heart when he saw him give IU one of the bunny smiles that were usually directed towards her.

Dumb Priya, she scolded herself. This is all your fault.

Shaking her head at herself, she smiled at Rosé and gave her a little nudge.

The girl took a deep breath and went up to IU, smiling nervously.

"Hello, sunbaenim. I'm Rosé from BLACKPINK."

Ji-eun turned away from Jungkook and smiled at her.

"It's an honor to meet you. Your voice is really beautiful, Rosé-ssi."

Rosé's eyes widened in disbelief.

"Really? You've...listened to me?"

Ji-eun nodded.

"Thank you!" Rosé looked ready to bounce around in joy. "I really look up to you, sunbaenim. I will work harder knowing that you're listening."

They kept chatting and soon, IU was properly introduced to everyone.

"You're cute when you're happy," Jimin whispered to Rosé, intertwining his hand with hers. She huffed and pushed him away, blushing nonetheless.

"Stop with the PDA, they'll find us out."

He shrugged and stepped away, making sure to lean in to whisper in her ear.

"Meet me outside tonight, where there's no cameras."

Rosé, flustered, nodded. Jimin chuckled quietly and walked away.

...

It had been a long day. After the cameras were installed, they had all done short, individual interviews as teasers for the show. They were given a long list of rules of what to do and what not to do. Unsurprisingly, most things were prohibited. Then there was a light lunch, proceeded with a big photoshoot. First, the whole group, including IU. Then solo shots, and then they got paired up in four trios.

Of course, Lisa had gotten paired up with Jungkook...and IU. Which meant she had to watch Jungkook put hand on the woman's shoulder and her be all angelic and everything. The worst part was how good they looked together.

It wasn't that Lisa didn't like IU. In fact, she had loved her before she stomped on whatever possibility Lisa had had of a happy relationship with Jungkook.

But damn, the girl was too kind, talented, beautiful, thoughtful and sweet for Lisa to hate her.

Well, I've never been known for my good luck, have I? Lisa grumbled internally, thinking back to the episode of Running Man when she threw the shoe and it landed on the one black tile in the entire checkerboard.

She was currently trudging up the stairs, ready for a relaxing face mask, her long Spotify playlist and some good sleep. Normally she listened to IU if she needed to go to sleep, but at the moment her voice was the last thing she wanted to hear.

Unless it involved eavesdropping, of course.

Smiling evilly, she carefully lay her head against the door when she heard voices coming from inside her senior's room.

Was it wrong? Yes. Did it make her petty and immature and a jealous bitch? Definitely. Did she care? Not at all.

Well, maybe a little.

She felt a little guilty as she bit her lip, trying to discern what she was saying. Her breath hitched when she heard footsteps coming and she moved aside quickly, her heart beating fast. When nothing happened for a few moments, she cautiously approached the door once more. Turns out, her sunbaenim had simply moved a little closer to the door, letting Lisa hear her very clearly. But...she wasn't alone.

Lisa's eyes widened when she heard his voice and the ache in her heart returned.

"Gguk, we need to tell them."

"Not yet," Jungkook sounded tired. "Please. It's just..."

IU sighed.

"It's Lalisa, isn't it?"

Silence.

"You need to make a decision. I've already waited long enough. This has been going on for months -"

Lisa gritted her teeth and removed her ear from the door. She'd heard enough.

So now I'm the one wrecking their relationship, huh? More like I've been that girl all along. Months, he said, she laughed sourly to herself.

Strangely, she felt bad for IU. Sure, he had tricked both of them in a way, but IU would be the one who would really end up hurt. And Lisa knew Ji-eun wasn't your typical bitch. She could just tell the woman had a gentle heart that Jungkook would eventually break. Because a lie simply doesn't live very long, and Jungkook was a cheater, and no matter what, cheaters were cheaters. That was it.

And in Lisa's opinion, cheaters like Jungkook didn't deserve a single minute of her time.

What do you think of my story? Is it boring? Does it need something? Please tell me!
