Historia? Eren thought to himself. "oh, you're awake! i'm glad." Historia said to Eren. the whole place was echo-y, so her voice reflected a bit. Elisa is fully awake now as she begins panting with Evelyn and Kian behind the pillar so they wouldn't be seen.
she looked up to see Eren and she gasped. Historia quickly looks to Elisa's direction. "i'm glad to see you're awake as well." Elisa grunts as she tried repositioning herself. "just hang in there for a bit, guys. we'll be okay."
at least Historia's alright... Eren thought to himself. "Eren, Elisa, listen." the two perk their heads up to look at Historia. "my father has always been humanity's ally. his only goal is to keep the people within the walls safe. it's clear to me now that we misunderstood him. he didn't deny anything. it's true that he went after the Scouts, and his people did kill Minister Nick, but he did that because he had no choice! everything he's done, he did for the sake of humanity."
"thank you Historia." Rod Reiss said. Elisa gasped and turned her head to where he was. "please let me explain the rest." Historia turned to where her father was coming from while Eren and Elisa were having a bit of a thinking session.
shit... who were those people that saved me from those guards...? she tries remembering the people that saved her. she mentally gasps at the realization. wait... i recall those names as Evelyn and Kian Bachmann... she widens her eyes. it's all coming back to me... that's my mother and-... and brother? when did i have a brother...? she looks up to see the pillars. damn it... how is everyone right now... Mikasa... Levi... Jean... Armin... where are the Scouts right now?
then, Eren started thinking. it's coming back to me... yeah... the last thing i remember is the two of them. how long has it been? Captain... Armin... what happened to the Scouts? Eren then looks up to see the pillars. what's the deal with all these glowing pillars? they just keep going... i can't even tell if it's day or night... then, he realized something else. wait... there's something else about this place... it feels familiar somehow... have i been here?
"if you were wondering, no." Rod said as him and Historia were walking up the crystal like stairs so they can go to Eren. "you've never been here before, Eren." Eren turns his head to look at them. "although, you may recognize it nonetheless."
what's that supposed to mean...? Eren wondered. Elisa was observing and hearing all of this unfold. um, Father... could you explain to Eren?" Historia asked Rod. Elisa raised an eyebrow, confused.
"of course." Rod answered. "i intend to. but before that, there's something i'd like us to try." he explained. then, he stuck his hand out in Eren's direction. "this could make him remember without us saying a word. then, both Rod and Historia touched his bare back. then, Elisa saw Eren wrapped around with lightning as soon as Rod and Historia touched his back.
