Heejin sighed out of relief as they finally made it to the shopping plaza. "What exactly do you want to get her?"
Jaemin shrugged. "I was thinking of maybe a bracelet?"
Heejin nodded before leading him to the jewelry store. "What design are you looking for?"
"I'm not sure," Jaemin said, scratching the back of his head, chuckling softly.
Heejin laughed before asking, "What does she like?"
"The beach?" Jaemin said in an unsure tone.
"You don't sound so sure of yourself. Isn't Nari someone you like?" Heejin asked, crossing her arms.
Jaemin chuckled nervously. "W-well yes, of course! But I'm not even sure. She didn't really talk about anything she liked, except for him."
Heejin's brows furrowed. "Okay... Let's look for beach-related bracelets then."
Jaemin followed her like a lost puppy, watching as she searched through the displays. She glanced at Jaemin and deadpanned.
"Are you just going to stand there?" She asked, crossing her arms. Jaemin shook his head, quickly walked to the counter, and searched with her. Heejin sighed, facepalming lightly.
"May I help you?" The worker asked, approaching them.
"Oh, yes. Are there any bracelets that remind you of the beach?" The worker nodded, gesturing to specific bracelets.
"I think this bracelet with these shells will fit your girlfriend the best," The worker said, smiling at the two. Heejin's eyes widened.
"O-oh, we're not- the bracelet isn't for me." The worker gasped and apologized to them.
"I'm sorry, I didn't mean to assume," She bowed. Jaemin waved her off, laughing slightly.
"It's okay. We'll take it the dolphin one instead." The worker nodded and took it out.
"Is that all for today?" She asked, making Jaemin nod. "Would you like it wrapped?"
"Yes, please." Jaemin glanced at the distracted Heejin. He followed her gaze and found her staring at a necklace.
"Do you want it?" Jaemin whispered, making Heejin flinch.
"What?" Heejin asked, confused.
"The necklace," He said, pointing to it.
Heejin stared at it and shook her head. "No, I was just looking."
