Chapter 7

The waft of coffee entered my nostrils as I entered the cafe. I saw Jisoo waving to me and next to her sat Minji.

"Hey Y/N nice to meet you after a long time," Minji said and hugged me as I hugged back "Nice to meet you too. I missed you"

We sat down and talked for a while.

"I've got something to tell you both" Minji started in an excited tone.

"What is it?!"

"I got engaged last month!!!!" She squealed.
"Oh my god!!!! Really?!?!"
"Who's the lucky guy?" I asked
"Han Jungwoo. He is the CEO of the Han company."

"Isn't that the largest company in Korea?"
"Yes, it is."

"When are you getting married?" Jisoo asked.
"The next month. I'm so excited!!!!"
"We are going to be the bridesmaid right?????" Jisoo and I asked.
"Of course. You are my best friends"

"I hope there'll be food," I said while daydreaming about tables and tables of food.
"I think Y/N will be attending your wedding only for the food Minji," Jisoo said while chuckling.

"Hey, that's not true." I pouted.
"Are you sure?" Minji asked with a teasing smile.
"Okay maybe a bit of it is true but still you will be my number one priority in the wedding," I said and laughed.

We kept on talking till it was quite dark. "I gotta go. Jungwoo just texted me. Bye" Minji said
"Bye, see you again next time."
"Oh and Jisoo will add you in our new group chat k? That way we'll keep in touch with each other" Minji said and waved as she went out. "Okay," I said and waved along with Jisoo too.

I talked with Jisoo a bit and then went home too.

I checked my phone before going to bed and noticed that I've got tons of messages in the group chat that Jisoo added me to. I scrolled up to see what they were talking about and saw that they were arguing about whose dog is best Dalgom (Jisoo's dog) or Duri (Minji's dog). I scolded them over text to stop texting and go to sleep.
'I swear to god they act more childish than some kids sometimes' I chuckled as I thought and then went to sleep.
