(Y/N) POV
I felt myself slipping in and out of consciousness.
I had a bloody taste in my mouth as I see pitch black in front of me.
I moan as I feel a sharp pain in my sides.
The lights of my dash were the only illuminating my surroundings
"My head," I say as I feel my head and my chest throb in pain.
bright light flashes on my car as my eyes shut from the sudden exposer to light.
I feel my mind slipping into sleep. I try to stay awake as I look at my surroundings. My car was crushed, I could feel the driver's side door pressing against my body...wait am I on my side? I don't even know
I get lightheaded as time passes, my chest continues to hurt as I know what's happening.
I fell off a cliff, I'm sure I have some broken bones, Wouldn't be surprised if a rib broke and punctured something.
The light gets closer as my vision starts to darken
If I fall asleep, I'll be done for.
I try to keep my eyes open but they feel like a brick is weighting them down trying to get them to shut
I can't die here. Think of what will happen to Caroline and Nancy.
I can't put them through more than they already have.
I struggled to keep myself awake. As soon as I saw the light source, my eyes clamped shut. And the last thing I heard was the distance wails of an ambulance.
Caroline POV
I snuggled up with Nancy as my eyes were tired from the movie earlier today. I hug my daughter tightly as I remember all the things that have happened.
(Y/N) certainly changed our lives. He's the sole reason why Nancy is cuddled up in my arms right now.
Nothing we could ever do will ever repay him for what he has done for us.
"I love you," I whisper into her ears
"I love you too mommy, and (Y/N)," she says back sweetly. I smile.
I wonder what I should make for breakfast tomorrow? He should be back by morning I would hope so at least. I bet he'll be exhausted and want to sleep right away. So I better make something that would be quick to eat.
A breakfast sandwich maybe? Yea, I'm sure he'd like it.
I close my eyes as I go to sleep
(Y/N) POV
I was in a dark place, it felt hollow like nothing was here.
"Hello!" I call out as it echos into nothing
"Am I dead?" I ask myself as I hear a giggle as arms wrap around me
"(Y/N)," I hear from a voice that belongs to my wife
"Nat!" I say as I spin around, in front of me is my wife.
She smiles as she sees my face
"I've missed you so much!" I say as I rush to hug her. She felt warm, and she smelled just like she used to.
