CHAPTER 5

VODKA can feel Eugene's desire on her belly. Instead of pushing him away, she leaned closer to his taut body. She met his tongue halfway and suckled on his upper lip. She gasped when he nipped her lip using his mouth.

Bahagya siya nitong inangat at tuluyang pinaupo sa ibabaw ng bureau, nakapagitna ito sa kanyang hita. A whimper came out of her lips when she felt his hand on her exposed thighs. She was wearing a skirt and in her position, with legs apart, her underwear was almost peeking.

She pushed him away from her body and stood up, though she almost lost her balance because of how frail her knees were.

"Oh, dear, thank you for saving the night!" Joey uttered when he saw her, he then gave her a cheek-to-cheek kiss. "You were perfect and sultry. You nailed my design, I'll send you gifts for making the night perfect."

Vodka forced a smile and congratulate him for the successful show. She didn't expect that she will be a part of it, she was only supposed to be an audience.

"Join us at the after-party. We'll spend the night at Crazy Beat." He was referring to a bar. "Oh, and there's someone who is dying to meet you, a hunk, darling, a hunk!"

Vodka shook her head as a refusal. She still had some issues related to clubs or bars, she can't seem to go with them. And she was too exhausted to party. A lot of things happened that day, she could only take less. Meeting another man wasn't on her agenda for tonight, after Eugene, she was spent.

Walang nagawa siya Joey nang magpaalam siya ritong uuwi na. Mabilis siyang lumabas sa function hall upang makaalis na sa lugar na iyon. She doesn't know where Eugene was and she doesn't want to know. She wanted to run away from him. She became weak whenever he's around.
