"Morning Rave..." His gorgeous smile making me smile. "Morning Alex..." I leant forwards to kiss his sweet lips. I pulled away gently so I could take in his ocean blue eye, I loved his eyes... But the blue darkened, black.

I began falling. I want stopping, it was pitch black but I could feel the wind as I continued to fall through the air.

"Lost and alone..." A voice howled in a terrifying tone.

The black began to morf into scenes. Still falling I only caught glimpses of them, as if they were painted pictures that only moved slightly. Alex and I were dancing. Then kissing. Smiling and laughing. A large tear ripped us apart and I felt a pang of burning pain inside of my chest.

"Useless and unloved..."

Suddenly I was dropped onto my knees, pain in every ounce of my shaky body but I saw a pair of shoes in front of me so I looked up. Alex was staring me down, daggers in his eyes directed at me. Disappointment written all over his face as he shook his head disapprovingly, "You're pathetic..." Alex's tall towering frame soon vanished and reappeared meters away from me.

Another figure joined him. She walked circles around him with her pale hand trailing and circling his torso as she walked. Stopping once she was facing his face, they began kissing. "No!" My voice was fading as if somehow it was bring taken away from me. "Alex" I managed to choke out before my racking body and stinging tears beading down my cheeks.

My body flung forward until I was hunched over. I was covered in sweat, my cheeks were stained with tears, every inch of my trembling as I tried to steady my intensely heavy breaths. IT WAS JUST A DREAM. JUST A DREAM. I repeated over and over to myself.

Finally, my breathing evened out and I was no longer shaking like a madman. The beds blanket and pillows were hanging off the end, the sheets were completely crinkled from me moving too much.

It wasn't that bad, was it..?

Letting my body go limp, my back collided onto the mattress as I released an exasperated sigh.

~

Honestly, I dont know how long I've been here, laying in the exact same position. Hours have past but it feels like days, months, years. Slowly, I roll onto my stomach and extend my arm out to get my phone.

The blinding light from the screen shone in my face. I couldn't see anything on the screen, it was all blurred because the light was too bright.

I've kinda been a hermit in the dark all day. Alex's room had blinds, so there was NO daylight in this room what so ever. And I prefer it this way, I really don't want to witness how bad I looked. I felt like an ugly wreck, so god only knows how I look. But geesh, I can tell it's not a pretty sight...

After trying and successfully adjusting my phones light, my eyes began to gain focus on words.

2 NEW MESSAGES

I'm so popular... It's probably just Telstra and mum...

Well, I got one right. Mum had sent me a message telling me she's discussed money and plane tickets out. And so when I wanted to, I could just go to the airport and say it's under her name. YES! Oh thank you mummy! I'm not gonna stay here another day longer! Every day here, with Alex, just got worse every hour. I sent her a message back thanking her and what not.

The second message made me smile widely. Despite the fact I've been in hell, had a nightmare which made me awaken in a horrible state, feeling and most likely looking gross, a simple 'Hello' from Oli made me forget all my worries.
