"You know it looked like a lot more at your apartment," Alycia spoke setting down the last box. A small chuckle escapes my lips as I glance up from the box I'm rummaging through. Our eyes lock and I can't help the smile to spread when I see her standing up tall with her jean shorts and her plaid long sleeve jacket pulled over a tank top. "What?"
I shake my head tearing my eyes away from her and to the box I was digging through. "Nothing," I respond, the smile still curved on my lips. I hear footsteps coming towards me and just as they stop I turn and lock eyes with Alycia's while noticing a smile on her own lips.
"You know you have this look when you look at me," Alycia says, keeping the smile. I drop the items in my hands gently and turn around so my body faces the girl.
"Oh yeah? What look is that?" I question tilting my head. A smirk inching to my lips now.
"Well I didn't notice it till I saw a fan edit-" Alycia pauses crossing her arms over her chest. "Then again those edits can be a little...out there."
"I'm sure they can but they're also on to us," I chuckle before wrapping my arms around her waist. I pick her up hearing her laugh escape into the room. I spin us around before slowing setting her ontop of the kitchen counter. Both my hands grip either side of the counter while looking up at the girl, who smiles at me gently while her hands go through my hair.
"There's that look again." A soft chuckle escapes my lips at her words, as my smile grows. I shake my head from side to side dropping my head while feeling her hands drop from my hair and grab my arms, pulling me closer. I gladly step closer and wrap my arms around her gently.
"I can't help the way I look at you A," I whisper keeping our eyes locked. "If it were up to me I'd never stop looking at you." Alycia rolls her eyes, chuckling a bit.
"Really?"
"Yep!" I say popping the 'p'. Another chuckle escapes Alycia's lips as I look back and forth between her eyes. "We should get some food then start unpacking yeah?" Her head nods up and down slowly as I nod back. I unwrap my arms around her waist standing up straight but Alycia stops me causing me to tilt my head.
"I think you're forgetting something." I bite my lip thinking a moment and make an 'o' shape with my face as I gently, playfully hit myself in the head.
"Oh yeah. What do you want to eat?" I ask causing Alycia to shake her head placing her arms around my neck. I tilt my head, a playful grin spreading across my lips.
"Not what I was talking about, but just as important." A chuckle escapes my lips as she leans forward. I lean upward a bit, closing my eyes as our lips lock. After a couple seconds we pull apart slowly. As we do my eyes flutter open to be met with a smiling Alycia. I can't help the smile that spreads to my own lips.
"That's what I forgot?" I question seeing Alycia nod her head up and down. "Hmm makes sense." A chuckle escapes her lips as I grab onto her waist and help her down off of the kitchen counter. She stands in front of me and I take a step back, removing my hands from her waist while looking back and forth between her eyes.
"Do you think your uncle-" I shake my head and grab her hands.
"No, no, we ain't doing that," I say cutting her off a bit. "I will handle it okay? Everything will be fine."
"Okay..." I tilt my head and drop one of her hands and pinch her chin.
"Do you trust me?"
"This seems familiar, almost like I've asked you this." A small chuckle escapes my lips as I nod my head.
"Yeah, it's because you asked it the first time we actually kissed without a camera in our face."
A small smile played on Alycia's face. "Yeah, I trust you."
"Good. Now let's get some food." Alycia nods and I drop my hand from her face as I reach into my pocket and pull out my phone. "Does Chinese sound good?" I pick my head up briefly and see Alycia nod while walking to a box. I nod back and go in to order. I place in my order then walk over to Alycia, handing her my phone so she can place in her own order. I wait a few moments before the Australian hands me back my phone.
"I can stay here and unpack some of these and find something for us to watch while you get the food," Alycia suggests and I nod.
"Sounds like a plan-" I pause briefly turning the phone off and placing it in my back pocket. "I'm going to head out now and run to the store real quick. You literally have no snacks and nothing to drink around here."
"Drink? Do you mean alcohol?" Alycia questions as a small smile spreads to my lips as I shrug. "Y/N you're 20 years old!"
"Hey, it's literally two months till my birthday!"
"Okay and how are you going to buy any if you're not 21?" A smirk dances onto my lips as I turn on my heels and walk over to the couch. I grab my book bag and rummage through it before finding my wallet. I pull it out and open it, then pull out an I.D. I turn around and hold it up as Alycia drops items back into a box and walks over. She takes the I.D from my hand and I watch as her eyes widen. A chuckle escapes my lips at her expression as I reach forward taking the I.D back.
"Y/N, you're so going to get yourself in trouble!" Alycia chuckled and I shrugged.
"It's worked since I was 15 Alycia-" I pause briefly placing it back into my wallet, then zipping it up. "I'll see you in a bit." I lean forward and peck her on the cheek before turning on my heels and heading to the door.
