Yeeun POV

"Yeeun stop studying and help me!" Wonhyuk whined.

I took my eyes off the book I was reading to look at him briefly. "You're the one who told mom you'd put it together yourself. Why should I help you?"

"Because I need help. What other reason would there be! One person can't assemble this shelf alone," he waved his arms in the air as he looked at the parts lying around him.

"If a person living alone can do it, you can too," I diverted my attention back to the book in front of me.

"There's a reason I'm not living alone then isn't there? You're here with me so help!" He glared at me.

I shook my head, refusing to get up as I flipped a page of the book I was reading.

"If you don't help me I'm going to tell mom and dad you have a boyfriend," he smirked.

I rolled my eyes, "Like they would believe you."

"Hmm...should I post those pictures of you during break?" He asked mischievously.

I closed my book and glared at him. "You wouldn't dare."

"Oh but I would," he crossed his arms, happily knowing I would give in.

I put my book aside and got off the couch. "Fine, let's get this over with."

As I helped him assemble the shelf, he kept glancing at me. "What? If you have something to say then say it," I said in an irritated tone.

He let out a sigh as he continued putting the pieces together. "Life isn't all about studying. When will you ever get the chance to have fun with your friends at school if not now?"

"I feel the most comfortable when I study. Plus it's fun to me so I don't see the problem," I shrugged.

"Alright, we're definitely getting you away from those books. Mom said she wanted you to have fun this year and I'm going to make sure that happens," he said with determination.

I gave up trying to go against him. "Less talking will you. We're not even halfway finished."

Seungmin POV

I arrived at school early and decided to get some studying done. However, I was far from studying. How do I ask her? Should I just message her? As I was lost in thought, I didn't realize that Felix had arrived.

He clapped his hands in front of me to get my attention.
"Hello? Kim Seungmin?"

I blinked as I shook my head slightly before looking at him.
"What were you thinking about that you couldn't even hear me?" He asked.

"Coach wants to talk to Yeeun after school and I don't know how to tell her," I answered.

He looked towards the door before looking back at me.
"Just tell her now," he proceeded to turn around to call her over.

"What—wait!" I pulled on his sleeve but it was too late.

"Yeeun! Can you come here for a second?" He called. She turned her head and hesitated for a moment. She then walked towards us, expressionless. "What is it?" She asked once she stood beside Felix.

He pointed to me as he spoke, "Seungmin has something to ask you."

She looked at me questioningly.
"Um, are you busy after school?" I asked.

"No, why?"

"Coach said he wanted to talk to you after school. Is that okay?" I looked at her nervously.

She nodded her head. "Yeah it's fine. I'll be there," she responded before walking away.

I let out a sigh of relief as she left. "See, that wasn't hard was it," Felix spoke after she had made it to her seat.

After school

As I was putting books into my bag, I looked up to see Yeeun standing beside my desk which made me jump. Hopefully she didn't see that.

"Lead the way," she said as she stepped aside.

I nodded awkwardly before standing up and walking to the locker room. I opened the door and asked her to wait outside so I could check whether or not anyone was changing. After it was clear, I let her in and took her to Coach Oh's office.

I knocked on the open door and waited for him to look up.
"Seungmin! What brings you here?" He beamed.

"I brought Yeeun like you asked sir," I said as I gestured to her.

His eyes moved to her and he smiled, "Yeeun! It's been a while hasn't it? Come on in, I have something I'd like to discuss with you," he motioned for her to walk into his office.

She greeted him before walking in and sitting in the chair in front of his desk. "Seungmin you can go ahead and get ready for practice. I'll be out there after I speak with Yeeun," he looked at me for a brief moment and I nodded before excusing myself.

Yeeun POV

"Why did you want to see me sir?"

He clasped his hands together seriously as he brought his attention to me. "You and Seungmin are planning on volunteering this weekend right?" He asked.

I nodded and he smiled happily. "There's something I'd like to request from you."

"What is it?" I asked nervously.

"Is there any way you could bring an extra hand? I'm going to be moving some new equipment and sorting uniforms for the boys. It'll be quite much for the both of us," he asked with a hint of hope in his voice.

I know just who to ask.
"Yes sir, I have someone who can come," I smiled.

He brightened up in delight. "Thank you Yeeun, you may leave now," he stood up and motioned towards the door.

"See you this weekend sir," I left his office after saying goodbye.

I made my way home and immediately looked for Wonhyuk as I got inside. "Song Wonhyuk! Are you home?" I yelled as I walked upstairs. There was no answer so I assumed he was snooping around somewhere.

I opened the door to my room and put my backpack down before taking a seat at my desk. "Why are you digging through my closet?" I asked without looking over.

I pulled out my workbook and began looking through the questions as I waited for him to answer. "I wanted to see if you had room for me. I need some extra space."

"Why'd you bring so much clothes when you spend most of the day at school anyways?"

"You never know. I might need it," he closed the closet and made himself comfortable on my bed. "Stop studying would you," he rolled his eyes.

"Never," I replied as I flipped the page. I should use this chance to ask him.

He rolled over and kicked me playfully. "You're no fun," he sighed.

"Hey, can you do me a favor? I'll stop studying and do whatever you want if you help me."

He sat up frantically and eyed me. "You're not lying to me are you?"

I shook my head and he crossed his arms. "What's the favor?"

"Help me volunteer this weekend. The coach said I needed to bring another person."

"Deal."

I furrowed my brows as I looked at his serious expression.
"Really?"

He nodded, "I mean I get to see Seungmin, and get you away from studying. Sounds like a win-win to me."

I rolled my eyes, "You're obsessed with him."

"Not as much as you'll be," he teased, throwing a small pillow at me.

"In your dreams," I scoffed, throwing it back at him.
