Yeeun pov

"Kim Yeseung! Kim Eunseung! What did I tell you about running around with drinks in your hands?" I questioned the two boys as they ran about the room with milk cartons in their hands.

I had my hands on my hips as I glanced between the two who'd come to a stop. "Sorry mommy, we'll sit down and finish our milk first," the elder of the pair spoke as he toddled toward a small chair.

"We won't spill it mommy, promise!" the younger smiled happily as he trailed after the older boy.

A smile formed on my face as I watched them enjoy their morning milk. Just as I was dozing off looking at them, my phone began ringing. I pulled it out of my apron and accepted the call. "Hello?" I answered.

"Morning Yeeun, how are the twins doing?" Seungmin asked over the phone.

"They're having their milk right now. I'll send them to school before stopping by later," I replied as I began cleaning the kitchen and packing their bags.

"It's fine Yeeun, make sure to rest. You've been working nonstop while taking care of the twins. I want you to relax," he said with concern laced in his voice.

I zipped up the backpacks before switching my phone to the other ear. "I told you I'm fine. I'm a strong woman capable of caring for herself and her family."

He let out a sigh knowing he wouldn't win this argument. "I know, I know. But sometimes even the strongest people need a break. I'm just worried you'll wear yourself out."

"And you don't have to be worried. I know myself and I know my limits. I'll rest if I need to okay," I waited for him to respond but only received a hum and complete silence.

"Mommy~ Done!" I saw Yeseung tugging on my pants before letting go and holding up his bottle.

I set the phone on speaker mode before bending to take the bottle from him. "Good job, do you want a kiss?" I asked as I rubbed his cheek with my thumb.

He nodded as his small palms held onto my hand. I chuckled before giving his cheek a little peck. He giggled in response and Seungmin spoke, catching our attention. "I want a kiss too." By his tone of voice, it was obvious he was pouting a bit in a sulky manner.

Yeseung's eyes lit up as he followed the source of the voice. "Daddy! Is that you?" he jumped up and down at the thought of seeing his father.

I chuckled before picking up my phone and handing it to the child. His small palms could barely hold the phone between his hands. "Yeseung, is that you?" Seungmin replied, making the child laugh.

"Yes! It's Yeseung daddy! And-and Eunseung is finishing his milk," he smiled proudly.

Seungmin chuckled on the line. "Be good boys and listen to mommy okay? Daddy will bring you a present later."

"Present? Is it jellies?" He asked excitedly.

"Do you want jellies? For Eunseung and Yeseung?" Seungmin asked and the small child nodded.

"Yes, please!"

"Then can you tell mommy to give daddy a kiss too? Daddy will bring you jellies if you tell mommy," I scoffed at his words and Yeseung looked up at me.

"Okay daddy, don't worry," he spoke into the phone before raising his arms up to be lifted. I picked him up and he leaned close to my ear before whispering. "Mommy, help Yeseung and Eunseung have jellies today, please. Daddy said he will bring jellies if mommy gives daddy a kiss," he pulled away and looked at me with pleading eyes.

I tapped his nose lightly. "Only if you and Eunseung go get ready for school now," I answered and he nodded.

"Daddy, mommy said yes! I have to go now, don't forget the jellies daddy! I love you," he spoke before blowing a kiss into the microphone. He motioned for me to put him down before running off to get ready.
