Yeeun POV
"You're not dating!?" Seungmin exclaimed.
Wonhyuk shook his head, "Definitely not. I'm not sure where you got the idea from, but we're strictly family."
Seungmin stared at the two of us in shock. "Yeah, we're twins," I added.
Seungmin's ears turned bright red and Hyunjin bursted out in laughter. He was clutching onto his stomach and laughing like it was funniest thing he's ever heard. He pretended to wipe away fake tears as he attempted to calm himself. "I'm sorry, but that's so funny," he said between breaths.
"B-but then how come you don't go to the same school?" He asked, flustered.
"Both our parents work in different areas so we have two houses. I stay with our mom here, while Wonhyuk stays with our dad," I explained and Wonhyuk nodded in agreement.
Seungmin didn't utter a word, but stood silently. "I feel so stupid," he mumbled quietly as he crouched into a ball, burying his head into his arms. Wonhyuk let out a laugh at his action, walking over to him before crouching down in front of him. I wasn't sure what he said to him, but Seungmin suddenly sprang up.
Before I even noticed, Hyunjin was at my side with his arm swung around my shoulder. "Is that why you ignored me at practice the other day?" He asked. I shrugged in response and he led me to the food court.
"What are you doing?" I asked.
"I'm hungry," he pouted, "Wonhyuk dragged me around all day, I need some food to fuel me up." He looked around for what he wanted to eat before happily skipping towards one of the stalls. I let out a sigh before following him. I wondered why I didn't just leave him and walk elsewhere, but no reason came to mind.
"Can I have two orders of your special," he asked the cashier as he reached the counter.
I gave him a questioning look. "You're going to eat all that?" Considering his rather thin frame, I didn't think the boy could consume so much food.
He looked at me quite offended. "Are you crazy? One of them is for you silly. I could never finish both of them on my own." He then paid for the meal before grabbing my hand and dragging me to an empty table.
"How much was it? I don't want to owe you anything," I said as he fiddled with his phone.
He hummed in thought. "What if I prefer you to owe me something?" He asked mischievously. I furrowed my eyebrows and reached for the receipt folded between his fingers. He quickly pulled his hand away as my fingers grazed against the slim sheet. He seemed satisfied at my failure. I rolled my eyes before getting up.
"Where are you going?" He asked, beginning to stand up himself.
"To ask the cashier how much the meal was," I responded as I walked towards the counter. Before I knew it, I was pulled into his chest, nothing but the smell of his cologne could be recognized. "Can't you just let me buy you a meal? You don't have to owe me anything, I promise I won't bring it up..." he said softly.
What the hell is wrong with him? I pushed him away and sat back down. "Why are you treating me to a meal?" I asked once he situated himself back in his seat.
"If I tell you I've been wanting to be friends with you, would you believe me?" He asked, his eyes full of curiosity.
"No," I replied coldly.
He nodded with a slight sigh as if he already knew what I'd say. "I bet you didn't even know we were in the same class for the past two years," he frowned.
He's right, I didn't know. "I'm sorry, I don't pay attention to things like that." I studied his expression as disappointment overtook him. He looked as if he'd already known, but there was a small hint of hope that was expecting otherwise.
"You're admirable Song Yeeun. I hope you know that," he said as he looked me in the eyes. Before I could question him, the buzzer on the table began vibrating and he quickly got up to get the food. I wasn't sure if I should follow him or not. As I was contemplating, he'd already made it back with both trays in his hands.
He set up the meal for me without saying a word. "Go ahead, try it," he gestured towards the food.
I looked at him for a second before picking up the utensils and putting a small spoonful into my mouth. To my surprise it was actually pretty good. I had no idea what I was eating, but I assumed it couldn't be anything peculiar. A smile found its way onto my lips as I looked up at him.
His eyes shimmered as he watched me, an endearing smile plastered on his face. "I'm glad you like it," his chin rested in the palm of his hand, his elbow propped up on the table.
My stomach churned a bit as the feeling of small butterflies fluttering inside appeared. Why is he being like this? What happened to that strange loud kid that was always running his mouth? I caught myself staring and cleared my throat, looking away.
The sound of my phone ringing shooed away the awkwardness surrounding us. I looked at Hyunjin and he motioned for me to answer it. I gave him an apologetic smile before taking a look at the caller ID.

Incoming call from Wonhyuk
-I rolled my eyes before accepting the call. "Hello?" I answered.
"So you guys just ditched us like that to go on a date?" His voice seemed rather clear which made me look around until I spotted him glaring at me. I ended the call and watched as he walked towards us with Seungmin trailing behind.
He pushed me aside to the point where we each occupied half the seat. "You know you can just get another chair," I looked at him with an annoyed expression.
He took the spoon out of my hand before speaking. "Sharing is caring. You should be used to it, we've been doing this since we were in the womb." He proudly scooped some of the food into his mouth as I rolled my eyes.
I glanced over too see Hyunjin and Seungmin watching us with unreadable expressions. "Um, why are you guys looking at us like that?" I asked.
"Because you're beautiful," Hyunjin replied before quickly covering his mouth as if he wasn't aware of what he just said.
Wonhyuk stopped mid bite before eyeing Hyunjin. "You think I'm beautiful? I'm flattered," he chuckled before he continued to scarf down the food in front of him.
Hyunjin's face flushed out of embarrassment. I took a look at the three of them as I spoke. "Anyways, are we done now? You and your little friend can take your time. I'll meet you outside with Seungmin." Seungmin looked at me in shock and I motioned towards the door as I stood up.
He seemed confused but followed me anyways. "Wait, you can't just leave again. Let's go together!" Wonhyuk held onto my arm as he cleared the bowl and stood up. He linked our arms and walked towards the door with Hyunjin and Seungmin beside us.
"So which one of them is gonna be your new boyfriend?" Wonhyuk whispered as we left the food court.
