Jin was born on December 4, 2000 and is best friends with Park Chanyeol who goes by Chanyeol. They have been best friends ever since they were in kindergarten and always hung out with each other ever since then, even if it meant canceling plans with other friends.
They had also auditioned for SM Entertainment around the same time that Irene and Joy did. Jin was very popular in high school considering he had worldwide known visual features and because he had the most famous blog/channel ever called "Eat Jin."
Jin was prepared to go to college with his best friend, go on with his channel, and continue his kpop trainee life. Now, he had graduated high school and was ready for what Seoul National University would bring him.
