Chapter 18 (Prequel): Dinner

Mina's POV:

A month had passed since his stay in my precious condo, always come and go because of work in the company of engineers~, architects, and so on. None even a single person visited after a month of stay, and no time to spend because of his job, also I used to visit Sana or Momo whenever they are available. Too bad, only a week after his first week had a chance to spend time together.

Midnight, no presence of him nearby, worried with the concern inside me, a friendly concern but the vibe was different, isn't that too much? But hey! I'm the mother figure when it's necessary. I'm curious because it's my first time to experience this from him, well for himself, it's often.

I sight him exhausted from work as he closed the door from behind, approaching the sofa and have a good sleep without fixing himself, has eye bugs already? How cute.

I fixed him to a neat Jasper Kang, I promise, I didn't saw everything except his upper body, hehehehehe. He's muscular, I know I saw his body, I just can't resist the temptation! No touching, sighting will do.

Another morning, I woke up earlier than him to prepare breakfast for him for a better appetite. Bibimbap and spicy Chicken Ramen at the table for breakfast.

"Howdy! Jasper Kang!" I greeted him as he walked out from the bathroom with a white cotton robe on, water drops from his hair dripped to the floor while wiping his glasses before suiting his physical appearance, but why he's wearing glasses? He's handsome and hot without glasses. Whatever there's a reason behind it.

He greeted back with a small smile written on his face, his expression, though. Stress lately.

I was waiting for a while for him to finish his clothing himself. Oh, I see that. Sky blue polo that suits his brown straight pants, also dress shoe; Jasper Kang was a professional, indeed. Sincere at his job, his dress code says all.

However, his mental health will break down if he continues procrastinating his breakfast.

Oh, his necktie, indeed. He shouldn't forget that one. Checking himself before heading out, I mean supposed to head out however I surprised him with a hug.

"Oh, you never talked and eat your breakfast lately," I wrapped around his at the collar part using a small towel before I walked towards the chair right in front of him.

"Eat first, you want an energy for a bright and creative mind later on." I pulled the chair, creating a distance from the table.

"Mina, you shouldn't do this, it's too much." Wrinkling his forehead, smiling sheepishly at me.

"Nah! Stay here for a while and eat!" Supposed to walk away however I dashed right in front of him and pouted like a kid.

I cuddled him while my feet tiptoed enough to reach his middle chest and give it a press using my face for a while. I looked up, still pouting.

"Minari wants someone to be with her! The breakfast for you is all of your favorites! I made it special just for you!" I show my gummy smile, "Pwese?"

"Fine." He smirked and proceed to take a seat, it's so fine!

I rushed into the kitchen to get the coffee that was chilling at the kitchen countertop on estimated 100 degrees, not burning, I know... I 'estimated' it. Not anymore, currently on 25 degrees, like what I said, I 'estimated'.

"Warm coffee for breakfast served for you!" Serving the Americano at the table before I took an opposite side of the table.

"Looks like you prepared a lot." He took a sip and gulped. Impression throughout a minute as he placed the mug down.
