Every morning if you're in seventh and eighth grade you go to the gym. So after Skylar and I got done practicing we walked to school and went into the gym. We walked to the end of the gym and sat down with Maddie and Bella.

"So, Sam, Skylar, are you nervous?" Bella asked.

"What do you think!" Skylar and I snap at the same time.

"Very nervous? Anyway, I know something you don't, Sam!" Bella said excitedly.

"What is it?" I ask her eagerly. When she didn't reply, I got mad and kept asking her.

She finally replied with a soft 'can't tell'. Oh, sometimes she makes me mad.

After the teacher dismissed us, we went to first period, which is Math. I couldn't pay attention to the lesson, and before I knew it, the dismissal bell rang.

Second, third, and our lunch period went by fast. It was already time for the talent show. I was as nervous as can be. We was the second act. We was right after Maddie singing 'Blank Space' by Taylor Swift. It was pretty bad. Some of the kids actually booed! It was funny!

They called our name, and we went backstage to get ready. After Maddie was done, they closed the curtains, we went on stage. They re-opened the curtains and started playing the music. Skylar started singing.

"Dear future husband, here's a few things you'll need to know if you wanna be, my one and only all my life," Then I started.

"Awwwe," Now Skylar's turn

"Take me on a date
I deserve it, babe
And don't forget the flowers
Every anniversary

Buying groceries

Sing-sing along with me," she sung. She pulled the microphone away from her face, and whispered,"I forgot the rest." I nodded. Then I sung.

even when I'm acting crazy
Tell me everything's alright," Then I started singing.

"Dear future husband
Here's a few things you'll need to know if
You want to be
My one and only all my life,"

Skylar sang, "Dear future husband
If you want to get
that special loving
Tell me I'm beautiful
Each and every night," I started to sing, again.

"After every fight
just apologize
And maybe then I'll let you try and rock my body right
Even if I was wrong
You know I'm never wrong
Why disagree
Why-why disagree.

You gotta know how to treat me like a lady
Even when I'm acting crazy

You'll need to know if

and now it's Skylar's turn.

"Dear future husband
Don't leave me lonely

Your family more that mine.

I'll be sleeping on the left side of the bed
Open doors for me and you might get some... Kisses
Don't have a dirty mind
Just be a classy guy

Buy-buy me a ring

Future husband, better love me right," We walked of the stage. As simple as that.

"If you are in first, second, or third place, please come back here and and get your prize," The principal told us."Now, ladies and gentlemen, the time you been waiting for, the places!" The crowd cheers. "For third place and fifteen dollars, Mindy Fox!" The crowd cheers. Mindy sung Girlfriend by Avril Lavigne. "For second place and thirty dollars, Bryson Hammer!" The crowd cheers, again. Bryson sang Treasure by Bruno Mars. "Drum roll please! Last but not least first place and one hundred dollars goes to..."
