I always found that nature was where truly felt free and relaxed, I never got many chances back home. Now, no one is here to watch me or tell me what to do. Flaya was a beauty too hard to explain with words, it had its own presence. It was that feeling when you open your windows after it rained, or when you went outside early in the morning and the grass is still wet from the morning dew. It was a green paradise, I ignored the task at hand just for today. I was going to find the waterfall only so many got the luxury of beholding.

It was said that it was so deep in the forest no one has ever been able to find it or never been able to tell the tale. My great-grandmother is one of the few on record that has seen it, I plan to be the next. It was a tall waterfall, long flowing blue waters poured from it. Large rocks covered in a sea of moss all around the ground, the water was said to hold healing powers. Flowers bloomed and sprouted all around the bottom. I just needed to believe it, and feel it.

Blossom trotted along for a couple of hours as we got further and further into the forest, I could tell she was growing tired. I expected nothing less, no more than two hours ago we were in a high-end chase (*cough where I won) and now we were still moving. I made a mental note to stop as soon as it felt right, in a situation like this I listen to my gut. I have no idea where this waterfall is, all I know is that it's not on any map and I need to make sure I listen to my instinct if I want to find it.

Blossom's trot slowly becomes a slight limp, I realize as soon as it happens and I scramble to get off her. I grabbed my second bag and hauled it over my shoulder as I tied her reigns around my wrist and I carried on, on foot. The forest was incredibly dense and thick, the sun barely peeked through. I could hear the noise of bugs and animals all around me but that didn't scare me but the dark did. Luckily, it was still the only afternoon and I had eaten but I slowly running out of food. I love adding things to my list every hour.

After a few more hours of burning feet, and neck cramps. My blurry vision spotted an opening, my ears whistled at the noise of rushing water. My heart slowly sparked as my brain slowly clicked. I pulled on Blossom's reigns to speed her up. My feet tracked me along the green path until the noise became clearer.

Running Water.

No. Rushing water.

I could see the sun pouring in from the opening, there were long thick vines covering it but not fully. I pulled the long vines to the side, allowing me and Blossom to enter the secret area. Big tall rocks acted as an open door to what I've been searching for. I got a gush of cool air as my jaw fell to the floor. My eyes stinging as I denied them the action of shutting.

There it was.

When you see something you never even thought was real, your stomach fills with butterflies. Your head spins uncontrollably at the beauty. Your eyes shake because you try to figure out if it's real or not. That was what I was experiencing.
