My brain feels heavy from what I just read. I slowly read the old journal from cover to cover, which didn't take too long. Frankly, I don't know what any of it means. The journal had the verbatim of a five-year-old and seemed incredibly unorthodox. Not to mention weird.

I want to believe that the journal is just a joke. A dumb story a bored teenager wrote with their friend as a gag, but I knew it was more than that. Not just because of what the spell did. But because of the weird sense of belonging reading the book sent through my body. And what did the book mean when it said, "This is my last wish to you." None of it makes any sense.

Its been about 12 minutes since we started hiding in the abandoned factory. Finally, everyone who was injured had been bandaged up by Mr. Buzzleboop. I'm pretty sure that Mr. Buzzleboop has some kind of anxiety problem. He seems to always bring a big bag of medical supplies and other weird items where ever he goes. My classmates refer to it as his, "Mom Purse." I guess the bag comes handy in times like this.

Now that everyone has calmed down. The elephant in the room finally is addressed. I gaze nervously down at my feet and avoid eye contact with my fellow student body. It feels like everyone is giving me an icy stare. Mr. Buzzleboop finally clears his throat and asks, "Okay, Martin. I'm not really sure what the poppycock happened back at the shed, but I need to know what happened." I honestly don't know what to say to him. I turn to Mr. Buzzleboop and say, "I'm not really sure to be honest. It was this book my aunt gave me. I just read one page and all of that weird magic stuff happened. Thats all I know. I'm not holding anything back."

Mr. Buzzleboop looked up,, scratched his chin, and said, "Okay Martin, exactly what book did you read?" I sheepishly hand him the leather book. Mr. Buzzleboop quickly scans the book and says, "Martin, this book doesn't have words in it."

How can that be?! I read the book cover to back, there can't be any way...

I quickly take the book back and pretend to look it over. I can see the words plain as day. Everyone is staring intently at me. I tell everyone, "Oh, my mistake. I think it was a different book. I don't remember where it went." Mr. Buzzleboop sighs, "It's okay Martin. I'm just glad everyone is safe. It seems like we are all going to be here for a while. It would also appear that help is not comming for us any time soon, so does anyone have any ideas on what we should do? Remember that there are no stupid ideas guys."

A few minutes of scattered murmer filled the room. A few hands were raised. A girl named Bethany says, "How about we use reverse psychology on the gobilns and tell them to eat us?" Mr. Buzzleboop stared at her for a long second and then said, "Okay, maybe there are stupid ideas."

Soon, Bobby raised his hand and said, "What if we try to flee to the town Bridgeville. It's nearby and we might find help."
Mr. Buzzleboop answers, "No. We don't know if the situation in Bridgeville is any better than it is here. Besides, we could never sneak passed the goblins. They're everywhere." Next, the foreign exchange student boy, Shigeru, raises his hand and says, "祖国に戻りましょう。" Mr. Buzzleboop stares at him for another long moment and then says, "Any other ideas?"

Unfortunately, the first good idea comes from the least expected person,"What if," Trout says, "Since we can't leave this place, we try to militarize it here." Jessica clarifies," So like, put up barricades and defense systems?" Trout nodds. Mr. Buzzleboop smiles and says, "This just might work."

In the end, it is decided that we weren't going to become goblin food without a fight. We have decided to militarize the factory and prepare to attack. There are exited cheers among the student body. I look over to Shigeru, who smiles and shouts, "それらの雌犬を殺そう!"
