"Words can't describe the ache
that runs through my body when
I'm missing you."
~~~~~~~
Over the first few weeks I spent in America, I spent almost all my time with Shawn and Cory. During the first week, I went over to Matthews everyday as my mum needed to be in the office 24/7 but that wasn't anything new, my brothers and I were use to it. Turns out though, Cory and Shawn were actually quite cool. They were funny, sweet and a little weird but everyone had their quirks I guess. After that week, I found myself going without my mum telling me. I hung out with both boys everyday and even become close with Eric, Morgan, Amy and Alan. I become so close with Mr. and Mrs. Matthews, we're on a first name basis now.
The first half of summer sadly flew by and before I knew it, my only friends were leaving for camp. My heart ached for them, especially Shawn. Over the weeks I spent with them, I started to like the boy. He was cute, stupid, funny and one-hundred percent a smooth talker.
During their first week gone, I decided I wanted to change myself a little and grow some more before school. At first, I started working out everyday. Now, I wasn't over weight or anything but I wanted to get fitter and tone my body a little more. Doing so made my bum a little bigger which I'm not complaining about in the slightest. I also got my ears pierced and changed in other parts of my body, but that wasn't from working out. That was just naturally from going through puberty. My boobs grew some more and my hips grew slightly wide giving me more curves. At first, I hated it but as the weeks went past, I grew to love my new body as I looked older and mature.
Before I knew it, it was the morning of the first day of school and I was actually feeling pretty confident. My mum had nicely picked out a cute outfit for me which I knew would be nice due to her being head of a fashion company here in America.
She picked out a cute mini skirt and button up crop top. Getting dressed, I slipped on some knee length socks and did my makeup. I kept it natural not wanting to draw too much attention to myself by looking like a clown. Heading down the stairs and into the kitchen, I watched as the nanny smile at Dylan while he ate his breakfast.
"Morning Cindy," I said as I grabbed myself some water.
"Morning Millie. You're mom left you this note," Cindy said as she passed it to me. Opening it up it read,
"Morning love! Sorry I couldn't be there for your fist day of school! Hope you have a great day and don't forget to keep two buttons from the bottom of the crop undone and one from the top.
Love you!"
Chuckling to myself, I followed my mums orders by undoing the buttons she said. Going into the hall and looking in the mirror, it definitely made the outfit look better. It didn't reveal too much cleavage, but just enough to look nice. Sometimes it was cool having a fashion director as your mum. Going back into the kitchen, I grabbed my books from the counter before kissing Dylan on the head and saying bye to Cindy. Slipping on my ankle length, black and white converse, I left the house and headed for Cory's ready for my first day...
