TWIST OF FATE 27

"I think we should sit there. Mukang pagod ka na." Frigo suggested to her.

She glanced at the bench he is referring. "Yeah.. It's a long walk we had. Masakit na ang likod ko."

She blew a deep breath and reached her back then made a few stretches. It's her back cramps that gives her a hard time, again.

Frigo carefully guided her towards the bench until she's already sitted.

She grunted in relief the moment she sat and there she took a deep breath. "Finally.. My babies are getting heavier. Maryosep, sakit ng likod ko."

Frigo chuckled and sat beside her. "Yeah?  Or is it because you ate bunch of foods, hours ago? "

Nang uuyam nya itong tinignan at saka pabirong pinalo sa balikat. "Pang apat na tao yung dapat kong kainin no!  Wag ka ngang mag reklamo dyan."

Ngumiti lang ito at inabutan sya ng tubig. Napangiti nalang din sya at uminom sa tumbler. Pagkatapos ay pinag masdan ang mga taong masayang nag b-bonding sa park kung saan sila naroon ngayon.

She smiled as she stare at the people having quality time with their loved ones. It's perfect time to go outside, the winter have subsided already, and spring is starting to warm up the city that once coated with ice.

"Spring.. " She mumbled. "This season is really nice. I feel awaken." she roamed her eyes around and smiled.  "The trees are starting to form leaves.. Flowers are starting to bloom.. The green grass are showing their lovely colors.. And the sunlight bringing warmth to all living things.. Spring is indeed a good chance to start a new.."

She heard Frigo seconded. "Its a season to melt your frozen hopes. Winter did the nasty to forbid you to do what your heart wants to do.., but spring beaten down the fucking cold and gave a new chance for everyone to shine."

She sighed softly and glanced at Frigo. "You really loves to cuss do you? Very sentimental na. Kaso bakit ba may mura ha?"

Frigo shrugged and grin. "It's because I'm awesome."

Natawa nalang din sya sa katabi at saka ipinatong ang ulo sa balikat nito. She feels comfortable with him,  for he is aware of the things going on her and to Phoenix.

She told him about it,  its a must for him to know it anyways. To avoid any conflicts. Knowing her husband.

"Do you think this is working?" pagka kwan ay tanong nya dito. "it's been two days since we started this. Pero parang bale wala lang. Parang hindi naman apektado si Phoenix."

Frigo rested his head on hers and there he fished her hand. "Dont think that way.., I can feel it. Malapit na syang mapuno."

"Pano mo nasabi?  Tsk.., siguro kaya hindi effective kasi mukang peke eh! I think we should get closer." suhestyon nya dito.

Naramdaman nyang natigilan ang katabi. "I was just doing what you wanted me to do."

"Yun na nga eh. Kumilos ka naman kasi. Sabi mo magaling ka magpaselos. Maryosep! Eh sakin ka lang dumidepende eh." natatawa nyang reklamo dito.

Ilang segundo pa ang lumipas, natigilan sya ng bigla sya nitong inakbayan. Hinila pa sya nito palapit. Napaangat sya ng tingin dito, nagulat sya ng matantya nyang sobrang lapit ng muka nito sakanya.

"Is this what you want?" Seryoso nitong sabi. Sabay ngisi nito sakanya.

She was shocked yes,  but there's nothing especial with all that she is feeling. Normal ang tibok ng puso nya at walang kahit anong strange na pakiramdam. Very different with how her system malfunctions when it is Phoenix.
