idea : Tommy betrayed techno once again, leaving him behind for tubbo, that's one of the major factors of why techno created syndicate right? what if that wasn't the case? what if everything was planned from the very moment tommy stepped into techno's house to steal his things.
Tommy hated Lmanberg, he hated everything about it. It took his brother from him, it took his brother, it just made tommy go mad. He finally understood why his elder brother technoblade hated government, it tore people apart, it made everything restricted, it was what made him exiled.... it was what made him go through that fucking hell.
When techno offered tommy to join him, to destroy Lmanberg, he was hesitant at first but agreed eventually. He told techno to have a back-up plan because as everyone knows something will eventually go wrong during their plans. And the black-up plan was 𝖘𝖞𝖓𝖉𝖎𝖈𝖆𝖙𝖊, when their plan was interfered (where they both were pretty sure they would be) it would be their plan B, an organisation to gather up all anarchists, all people against the government.
And as they predicted, something did go wrong. Almost everyone in the dream smp had gathered, it was a 30 vs 2 situation, techno had been training tommy relentlessly for 2 months for this exact moment. They could handle them but in the long term, it would be an issue. And dream was still trying to get tommy, now that in itself was a major disadvantage. So tommy did what he thought would be most logical, he pretended to be on tubbo's side, even until the very end, when lmanberg blew up he or pretended.
At first, techno was genuinely crushed, thinking that tommy had really betrayed him but during the destruction of lmanberg, he could tell that tommy was still on his side, his fighting was exactly as it was before his exile, pathetic (kidna harsh but-), tommy even handed techno 12 more wither skulls during the chaos.
Tommy was a good actor, techno learned this new fact about his little brother that day.
After the destruction of Lmanberg, dream caked tommy and tubbo to meet him, tommy took 2 of dreams cannon lives and was about to kill him for the 3rd time before he confessed to having a book that could revive people. Frankly, tommy didn't care very much, but he couldn't kill dream now, it would for sure give him a bad rep among the smp members and he didn't want his hidden agenda to be revealed yet, also if what dream was saying was true ( which he doubted ) it could potentially put the 𝖘𝖞𝖓𝖉𝖎𝖈𝖆𝖙𝖊 into an advantage. So he let Sam put dream into pandora's box, holding his bloodlust back.
Tommy created the hotel as a cover up, to make it seem like he was actually doing something, he helped techno find the location of the stronghold for the 𝖘𝖞𝖓𝖉𝖎𝖈𝖆𝖙𝖊 base and let techno and phil to deal with the interior. Meanwhile, tommy was trying to get dream to tell him more about this "revival book" and obviously dream wasn't budging.
Tommy once again visited dream to try to get info about the book, but mid conversation there was a sound of explosion(which tommy. was like who tf is trying to break dream out of prison), tommy immediately knew what this meant, it was a security issue, he would be stuck with dream. for the first 4 days, it didn't bother tommy much, he had grown stronger and mostly just kept to himself. But during the 5th day he couldn't handle it anymore, dream was continuously talking to tommy as if he was his friend, ptsd kicked in and he begged and begged for sam to let him out but sam wouldn't listen to him. While dream was talking about escaping together again, tommy just couldn't control himself anymore, he started punching dream telling him to shut up and that he was never going to escape with the man.
One vital mistake he made, was that he had no food, dream started fighting back and tommy had no way of regen-ing, and so he died in the hands of dream...
In limbo/hell/whatever it's called i kinda forgot Tommy opened his eyes, and it was just darkness, pure and utter darkness. He saw 3 figures in the darkness, and one heading towards him... Once the figure came close enough he could tell who it was.... It was none other than wilbur soot himself, standing over him holding cards in what of his hands, saying " yo tommy, didn't think you'd be here so soon! wanna play some card games with us?" he said with a maniacal smile.
